I want to help reduce hunger and poverty. Can I get a job at humanitarian agencies like CARE,WFP, etc with a BSc in Psychology?. I'm doing Psychology, but I dont wish to continue in the field of mental health. I like to have a field job where I would get to help people who dont have food and shelter.

My brother is 17 and he hangs out with only homosexuals between the ages of 25 - 45 years of age. My brother says he is straight but he likes hanging out with gay people because they are non-judgemental according to him.

One of his gay friends recently bought him a $600 wallet! Should I be concerned that this friend might want some bedroom action because of the expensive gift?

My brother is a very fragile person at the moment and I am worried they will hurt him.

1. Why did you build so many gaudy, expensive churches and temples supposedly in My Name while you let so many of my children starve?

2. What made you vainly think that any of you were ‘the chosen ones’ when I love all of My children equally?

3 Why didn’t you spend less time praising Me and more time loving, respecting and helping your fellow man? Didn't you understand that this was how your love was supposed to be shown?

Well my grandmother who is 66, turning 67 in november tells me all these wonderful and not so wonderful stories about the "old days", And i think its great to pass on stories from generation to generation because i'll be in your place one day, i was wondering does anyone have any stories to tell? they dont have to be long

Do you know of a website which sells a bound version of the gospels only (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) ?
I have been looking at a few websites on the internet which sell bibles, such as Zondervan and Nelson, and can't find one.

Of course, books are available which contain the new testament only, and thise which contain NT + Psalms and Proverbs. Also, many books which have excerpts from many different books in the bible, both old testament and new testament.

I haven't been able to find a book which contains the gospel books only. I would like to purchase one for study purposes. It can have Psalms and/or Proverbs in it, or even Revelation. So long as it is mainly the gospels.

I am getting a college degree in psychology. From what I can tell, that's a far cry from rocket scientist. I know next to nothing about quantum physics, and it's a damn good thing that it's not required to be a psychologist. I only know basic chemistry and biology, and nothing about microbiology. So, as flattering as it is that you think I know everything about the universe, please stop saying it. I can't live with the pressure.

I know that Christianity has changed there dogma, to keep up with the times in the face of scientific theory-facts. Many Christians unable or unwilling to reason, still hang on to the literal word. But has the doctrine changed at all?
