I strongly believe in God. I believe that he created the heaven and the earth. I believe that God created Man , Woman and all Animals. I believe that we should worship him daily. He is worthy to be praised. He is God and there is absolutely nobody like him. He is sovereign. He is infinite. He is all powerful.

"International Talk Like a Pirate Day" is coming up, and it seems like many people are excited. I can certainly see what's in it for the guys; the swashbuckling lifestyle with freedom, treating women like wenches, etc. must seem appealing. What do the women like so much about it? I'd love to hear from guys and girls about this one: why is it so fun to talk like a pirate?

Good or Bad.

If a sodomist cannot be saved after accepting Jesus then that means deeds are more important then faith.

If a homosexual cannot be saved (even while committing sodomy) then that means Deeds do matter in getting into Paradise or not getting into Paradise.

I am a master of every fighting style known to man and even ones that aren't. I've fought many battles but I've yet to fight with anyone worthy enough to defeat me. I've traveled across the world and have encountered many people in my quest but I have yet to find anyone who could spar with me at my level. The fact that there is nobody out there who can do so saddens me very much. How am I supposed to get stronger when there are no more worthy opponents for me to battle? I know someone is out there who could make me feel alive again, make me feel the actual heat of battle. My martial art, Tenku Shinken, is far from complete. Only if I could find someone worthy enough to fight me, I would be able to perfect my art and hone my skills. Sadly, I am unable to. I refuse to call myself the strongest until the day I finally perfect my skill. I am getting more and more impatient by the minute as the days go by. I sometimes wonder if there is anything more I can do to become stronger. Tell me.

Ok lets say an Indian guy comes to the US, has a long term relationship with a girl, gets her pregnant, then tries to kill her and the child. The child comes out with all sorts of disabilities because of physical abuse endured during pregnancy. The man is such an idiot, claims to love this child, but is totally self serving and abusive. Now his parents (from whom he learned pure evil- they wanted to kill the baby after she was born, and actually tried, but they live in India.)

Now I have come to know that his parents have lied to some poor girl and her family, and married this monster off to her. She's only 4'11, so no way she can defend herself against this horrible excuse for a human being. It was a totally arranged marriage, so they didn't even get a chance to know each other. I am certain this girl could and would get out of this, with her parents help (what parent would agree to such a marriage??)

So I want to ask, should I find her and tell her everything by way of warning?

Maybe the famous prayer in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, "Make me an instrument of your Peace?"
"...Where there is sadness let me bring Your joy.. Where there is hatred, let me bring Your love..."
What would you bring to the table?

Please, I don't want to hear about how it's a sacrilege! I did say IF!

PLEASE TRANSLATE THE FOLLOWING:

"Hi Mr. X!

How are you going? Did you have a nice vacation? I went to Italy for the summer holidays. I went to Positano, Venice and Rome. Venice was my favourite city, as it had many good restaurants. I love Italian cuisine and thought the pizza there was delicious. Even the fast-food there was fantastic. I would love to go back there again. My favourite restaurant was a small pizzeria in the centre of town called “Luigi’s Pizza”. It served delicious margheritta pizzas and garlic bread. The pizza was very cheap, but the soft drinks were very expensive. I recommend you visit it when you go to Italy for Christmas.

Good bye."

Say like if you open a music CD & play it & then decide you don't like it, is it wrong or OK to give it away? Some people view it as low-down & dirty because they figure it should be unused & unopened.

When I was growing up, I always hear it as "Thou shall not kill". I was Mormon, and so this was out of the King James Bible in the 1980's. My wife was raised Catholic, and she told me it was the same from the Bible they used.

Ever watch "The Ten Commandments"? It was also made in the 1980's. (I think, perhaps earlier). This will prove my point that it was "Thou shall not KILL".

I pointed out that God says not to kill, and yet he also says to slay your own brother and live by the sword. I was "corrected" by many people who said, "It say thou shall not MURDER".

When did people decide to change this little discrepancy? Either the mainstream Bibles were changed, or these people were quoting some watered-down, NEW version of the Bible, obviously changing verses as they saw fit... I thought God's word did not change?

I will ask this question again tomorrow morning when all the diehard Bible-thumpers are on.

The excuses should be amusing.

...where are we in relation to serving Allah Taala and His Messenger Muhammad saas? When Imam Mahdi appears, it may be too late for us to do all the extra worship, and prayer, etc...Are you ready?

Cos all the small signs prophesied by Sayyiduna Muhammad have appeared. The big signs are begining to show, pre-empting Imam Mahdi's arrival? Especially if the US goes to war with Iran?

I'm reminding myself as I am reminding you. Are we reading Surah al-Kahfi every Friday as potection against Dajjal? Do we think, Dajjal, Imam Mahdi and Sayyiduna Isa may not appear in our lifetime?

say you visited a Buddhist temple and you're not a Buddhist, would you kneel at the alter with everyone else? if a Christian friend cooked ham for Christmas, would you eat it, even if you normally were forbidden to eat meat? if you went to a Muslim country, would you cover up head to toe like many women? if you became an atheist would you continue going to mass because your family does?
I guess what I'm asking is, how strongly you would cling to your beliefs about appropriate religious behavior when the tide is against you?
