I have a c0-trustee on my living trust...big mistake!
He has said that he would prefer to let my proiperty go to waste rather than fix it. He sais he will allow it to fallinto disrepair then resign as co-trustee to avoid any personal liability.

People aren't born theists. Theism is something you have to acquire and come to believe in at some point. What was that point and what led to you becoming theistic?

I find these questions to be quite helpful in understanding different peoples beliefs so i want to know about agnosticism.

So people who are agnostic what do you believe and why do you believe it?

When things in the Universe work they are often invisible, the laws of motion and Universal gravitation are notorious examples of this through out our known history, yet they appear boringly obvious to us now. Newton's genius was seeing what is so evident as to be unseeable. Each leap in science has made manifest a working that is cloaked by its very success. When it comes to the laws of Universe and all it could possibly contain one repeats over and again, that is: Never let them see it at all, make them deduce the existence. Indeed the laws of the Universe are never directly observable, so then we have no other way of discovering them except by deduction. What works in the living community is similarly cloaked by its success. The basic laws of ecology have the beauty and simplicity of a fairy tale, but their existence only began to be suspected a century ago. What merit then does "Faith" have in this equation and how applicable is it to the generation rising to take the future power?

And a lot of times they say "Joseph didn't have intimate relations with his other wives."

What does that prove? Aren't you skirting the original issue at hand? The Mormon church does not teach that Joseph had multiple wives, and when questioned, Mormons rationalize with the bit about 'no kids or no sex'.

Have you made friends as a result of spending time on R&S? If so, who, and what fostered your friendship. I have to name Serafim, Ramjet, Super Bobo, Kallan, The Grit, Bonsai Bobby, and Patrick as people I have formed a bond with. The qualities all of them share is an appreciation for humour, to be able to laugh with me, at me, and at themselves, and remarkable capacity for generosity, as well as high intelligence and wit. I am truly honoured to have these as good friends.

Who have you formed friendships with, and how did this forum make it possible?

My son and I were in paris last week and noticed a whole lot of cars honking their horns. We decided that not all honks were bad, some where to say "you go". But now that we are home... I wonder if someone could tell us the real story? Are all the honks saying "hey you, get out of the way, move!"

Thanks.

It's me John, the Atheists destroyer.

Just couple days ago I read on Yahoo Answer that a Christians decided to become an Atheist. This Christian claimed that believing in such a imaginary God was a waste of his time, and that he decided to live his life naturally and pure.

My my question is: Which person that meets God then tells himself that he never sees God?

There has never BEEN a Christian that eventually become an Atheist. Never in history. Whoever did that wasn't a Christian from the beginning, so don't claim you were.

Isn't this funny?

Who are ignorant enought to think that they can learn a language without having to learn how to write or read in that language. They just want to speak it. Personally, I think it's really stupid because a lot of them want to go to the country of the language origin and not be able to read or write anything.

What would have happened if, from the beginning, no one had questioned what the given religion in power said? What would have happened if everything with which one book, one group, or one authority figure disagreed was thrown out the window?

To lead humanity to progress in this life, or to keep it hoping desperately for another life...

Once Muslims quote something from the past, besides quoting from Holly Quran, other Scriptures are also given a reference to, while Christians do not follow such a trend?

PS.
