Have you made friends as a result of spending time on R&S? If so, who, and what fostered your friendship. I have to name Serafim, Ramjet, Super Bobo, Kallan, The Grit, Bonsai Bobby, and Patrick as people I have formed a bond with. The qualities all of them share is an appreciation for humour, to be able to laugh with me, at me, and at themselves, and remarkable capacity for generosity, as well as high intelligence and wit. I am truly honoured to have these as good friends.

Who have you formed friendships with, and how did this forum make it possible?

Edit: I'm so sorry I forgot to list Zilla! Zilla has been such a good friend to me here; I love her to pieces! She is one of the reasons I enjoy R&S so much! Yes, Zilla is a very dear friend that I have made here. :)

I've only been on here for about 3 weeks, so not long enough yet to have deep friendships. But I have met some very kind, considerate and funny people so far and I look forward to getting to know them better. I can definitely see where this area would be a great place to make friendships. The "connections/fans" process and the ability to e-mail one another fosters that bond. Despite the implication from some that I'm an abomination and a heretic, I'll be around for awhile, so ya best get used to it!

Peace to you all!

You can't help but make good friends on here if you have been hanging out on this site for a while. You gravitate and bond to certain people. For me I have some really great friends on here. I like them each for different reasons, some because they share my faith, some because they are funny others because I love to disagree with them and debate them. It's just great, a good mix of all kinds of people. My favorites on here are so many, you Jack, Uncle Wayne, Ramjet, Bonsai Bobby, Cat Eyes, Proud Muslimah who taught me about her faith, Beano, gorgeoustxwoman vile temptress whatever lol, Jonathon, Sandy W, Charlie, Empire Space Guy should get an award for asking the most well thoughout questions on R & S, SDC, TTC, Dr. G,I Talk Funny, Justin, Father K God bless that man and I'm not even Catholic and Mel. Oh, and U.P. and Gandolf who taught me many things about what Atheists believe. And there are still so many thousands of good people on here that we have yet to meet.

Hi Jack. I didn't expect to form friendships when I started on here, but I can honestly say I've made some good friends.
bonsai bobby, Kayne, gabeymac, Nana, Country Girl, Eagle Woman, James W., and Quella Bella. I hope I didn't leave anyone off. Of course there are others I've bonded with, but these are the closest.

I've had the sincere pleasure of making the acquaintances of Gorgeoustxwoman and Me, Thrice-Baked. Some one-time deal emails with other various users (some pleasant, some not-so-pleasant), as well as an unofficial personal trainer relationship with about a dozen more.

All and all, it's a rewarding environment. I'm not sorry I came!

There are many who I would consider to be my R&S friends, although I wouldn't name any of them here without first consulting them.

They all will know who they are, as I have a tendency to follow where they go, as I use the network function. Saying that, though, there are some who never seem to be on that network shortlist, yet I always look out for them.

All of them have had at least one best answer awarded by me (I think), and command my deepest respect.

As for adding on 360, you know the thought never occurred to me. I think I'll give it a go.

Yes, I have some dear friends here. Epona Willow, Buttercup, Pangel, Second Squirreling, Writersblock73, Vicarious Cynic, Dallie Armenian, all come to my mind.

As long as you only expect friendship and just want to have a good time with friends, this is a great place to do it.

I have not been in R&S long enough to make close friendships; however, I have made many net friends on Yahoo. Sex, religions, race doesn't matter to me. It is all about geniune personalities. Eventhough our hands are placed on a keyboard for communication and we look in the eyes of our friends through a glass screen, we know who is real and those that are fake. Thank you my beautiful net buddies on Yahoo 360 and beyond. Always warm xoxoxo's from me to you.

One really cool person with whom I am friends is ANEIA IAUREN, and the funny thing is, we started out clashing. She is an angel. She could be my daughter. I already love her like one, and I have known her less than a month.

twinsma and I are friends because she is a mom to twins and I am a twin. She and I clashed at first as well.
I email back and forth with them both.

I am a Christian; neither one of them is.

I am honored to be friends with them.

It just goes to show you: first impressions can be deceiving.
Isn't life cool?
