Christians dont want to even follow their own bible which says Ishmael was a legitmate rigthful son.
It is not uncommon in the Bible that the descendants of the second son would try to "write out" the first son and his due share.
Deut. 21:15 If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
Deut. 21:16 Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

When will you realize you cannot find self-respect with outside things. Like clothes and the fronts people put on? It has to be done on the inside. By giving Love and Respect to Others!

You have faith in your religion because you believe it to be true, even though there is nothing to base this faith on apart from what you have read in books and being told.
Is it not then correct that it is possible to have faith in anything if you are led by others to believe it is true?
A child believes in the tooth fairy until it is told by its friends it is not real, therefore would a man have faith in the easter bunny being real if all his life he was told it existed?
Is your faith in religion not the same thing?

I asked if any body new I way to find somebody. I need to find my ex, he moves around a lot and I dont want to go through his mom or sister. I got some very rude remarks saying I was stalking him, and why do I want him back, we are divorced for a reason. I never said I wanted him back, and we have been divorced for 15 years, and this is the first time I have tried to find him. so no I am not stalking him. I simply asked a question, why do people get mean and rude? I do need to find him, we do have children together. no it is not for child support.

In The Interpreters Bible, we read the following commentary on Deutronomy 21:15-17 :
“However, the law of the first born had ancient sanction, and so long as it was accepted justice demanded that mere favoritism not be allowed to deprive the eldest son of his rights.” (Vol 2 p. 461 Emphasis added)
The fallacy of Ishmael’s inferior status owing to his mother’s “inferior” social status is not only contrary to the Judaic Law (e.g. Deut. 21:15-17) , it is contrary to moral , humanitarian and universal nature of God’s revelation cherished by any believer in Him.

Every year Hallmark pulls out its ornament earlier and earlier and some time after July 1st puts out Barbie, Star Trek, Shrek, sport... etc etc.. ornaments.... and if you look really really closely... there are 1 or maybe 2 actual nativity, birth of Jesus ornaments which of course almost immediately sell out.
