There is a huge difference between Spiritualism and Religion. Seems to me Religion has taken over and made rules on something that has no rules, ones relationship with Deity.
When one is truly Spiritual, they most likely feel more open to those who have other spiritual beliefs.

Anybody can be spiritual.

How they choose to practice it is their choice. If you were to label that particular attitude you describe, then I concur that it is both racist and sexist, but as it is only a life-choice concerning only the individual, it harms nobody.

Therefore the label does not apply.

I would presume this same person may have good interaction in other ways with people of different races and gender.

i could be wrong here but in my opinion to be spiritual you would need to reach out to any and every one in need no matter what their gender or race. if someone is hurting and in need of spiritual help then who ever is there should be the onw to help them. after all didn't JESUS reach out to everyone no mater who they were.

If you can't reach out to everybody, then you would have to question your own spirituality. So the answer to your question would be no.

Spirituality is what you make of it, and is different for each individual. While you or I may not agree with these people, it's their right to feel what they feel, and there's usually no point in trying to change their minds anyway.
