..PRAY for them? So they will make wise decisions? Don't you realize all that evil energy you send at them is real, and messes up their synapses! < Brain waves you illiterates!
And the Bible says all these things will take place?

Damn I'm Good!

If the assertion (as the question's phrasing suggests) is that all Christians berate the leaders of their countries, the question is unanswerable by reason of the fact that sweeping generalizations are false.
The other error in the question is your claim that the Bible
commands Christians to pray for the world leaders.
Nowhere in scripture is the Christian commanded to do anything except give the leaders of the world's countries honor.

The Bible also says, "Honor the King." Although I know that we are not a monarchy, this phrase represents the head of government for us. I believe that throughout the Bible and throughout history, God has given countries the "kings" that they deserve. If the people are foul and given to sinfulness, God gives them a ruler to match their misbehavior.
In the Bible, when the Hebrews clamored for a king (God wasn't "good" enough for a ruler, apparently), then God gave them Saul, who turned out to be a pretty foolish ruler.
Can you see any parallels in our society today that might warrant deserving a president such as George W. Bush?

What are you smoking again? Wow. Look - people criticize because they know things could be better. Besides - the leaders of the countries have an OBLIGATION to the people. For example, here in the U.S., the government is supposed to be FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE. That mean's the government officials should be held accountable for their actions by those who employ them (THE PEOPLE.). It means we have a RIGHT to question their actions. It doesn't mean we have to blindly follow them and cheer them on. That would be like worshipping false idols for you Christians. And I'm pretty sure that's against your rule book.

You are not good, and coming to that simple conclusion is one fraction of proof. Also, the concluded statement that Christians berate the leaders of our countries is ridiculous, as I know for a fact I don't berate them, and I do pray for them...

We are called to be the light of the earth. This means to point out the truth in things.
We are also called to be the salt of the earth which preserves good and destroys bad.

Until the Kingdom of God arrives, there is indeed a reason for man's governments. They are here to stop anarchy.

But they are God's enemies, and soon Jesus will destroy all rule, authorities and governments on earth.

Here here!

But consider Hitler! Just praying wont help unless action is applied to dethrone them. As you should refuse an alcoholic whiskey so you should refuse a bad leader drunk on power his/her beverage too!
