I definately know where your coming from. Alot of christians i know don't act like Christians at all! Some of them do sort of cherry pick the Bible to get what they want and they sort of make up the religion to suit them. There are some Christians though, that really do worship God and act as though they are truly Christs' representatives. You can tell the difference between the two "groups" by getting to know them and seeing if they follow commands of the Bible and God, and you can just feel the joy coming out of the true Christians given to them by Christ.

I do also. But it's not ALL Christians but certain types. There are far too many mean spirited people who claim to be Christians. They might honestly believe in Jesus and His sacrifice but The Bible also says that anyone with hate in their heart is still in darkness and the Truth is not in them. These people may not be as saved as they think?

Yes, but that is to be expected. God is perfect. Humans are terribly flawed. I hope people can look beyond the people who try to represent God, and find God Himself. I say this as a believer myself.

I think the bible gives god a bad name. Plus, all the churches that have used "god" as a justification for all the horrible things they do.
So yeah, I totally agree.

Particular ones. Some take the word completely literaly and don't dissect it to understand what it's actually saying and act on their ridiculous instinct. And to be honest, some are just stupid.
