Creationists say that everything that is complex needs a creator. Well, I'm just gonna go out on a limb here and say that if God created everything we see today, God himself is probably complex. Well according to Creationists, God does not have a creator. So God is complex and exists without a creator. If God can be complex and exist without a creator, then the theory that everything complex needs a creator is obviously wrong as God disproves that theory wrong. If God can be complex and exist without a creator, then why can't existence itself be complex without a creator????? I wouldn't ask except for the fact that Creationists argue that complexity is evidence for the existence of God, when complexity could just as easily be used as evidence that we as humans can't prove or disprove the existence of God.

We have all done wrong in our lives, whoever we are!
What is your response to your conscience or when you are being convicted in your spirit?
God wants all men everywhere to repent. This is the response He wants each one of us to have to Him, because it is only then that we can know forgiveness of our wrong doing, and put the past behind us. Jesus has already paid the price for our sin and took the punishment for us, which we deserved.
It is our response to this tho, that matters!

What is your response today?

.....strangers never say hello to each other anymore, even at, like, 5 in the morning when everyone used to communicate. The only chance you have is other dog walkers, they will speak to each other!
I think we should have a 'NATIONAL SAY HELLO TO EVERYBODY' day - what do you think?

2Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.
2Peter 1:20-21 For YOU know this first, that no prophecy of Scripture springs from any private interpretation. For prophecy was at no time brought by man’s will, but men spoke from God as they were borne along by holy spirit.

I'm a Christian (sort of...I believe in many different things, but I'm mostly Christian), and one of my best friends is an atheist. I have friends that are Muslim, Buddhists, Hindus, Taoists and everything in between. It doesn't matter to me...does it matter to you? If so, why?

I was appalled by the new line of clothing Macys is carrying. With shirts that read “M” is for Mojado, Green is for Green Card, and my favorite I is for illegal. I’m Mexican American and I just can’t find the humor here! What’s next Macys? If your white your right T-shirts? S is for slavery? No race, no color, no hate! How about that one? I hope their not trying to insinuate that brown is better than white. And by the way who is going to be wearing this new line. Maybe a bunch of white guys! Yes that is just going to be so funny! I’m can’t believe Macy’s! Yes I’m pissed! Any one else?

So here is my problem, I am bored, or maybe depressed. I see my live flying by and i am helpless (it feels like). I see all the things in my head that i want to do. I plan everything out in my mind. I just cant or dont do any of them. For example, I wake at 7:30, make my hubbys lunch and sons breakfast. I clean the kitchen( in a rolling chair) and then I am so tried that i want to go back to bed. Or I make coffe and tell myself that i will just sit down and rest for a little while ( by 3 I'am napping).Help, any thoughts as to what I can do? Thanks all

believe in what the Bible says? All I seem to hear is "because it was written 2000 yrs ago". What does that matter? Do you really think that 2000 years from now people will refuse to believe in the events that are taking place today? In 4007 are people going to not believe that in 2007 the Colts won the Superbowl, that George Bush was president, and there was a war against terrorism taking place just because those things happened so long ago? Taking aspects of faith out, at least come up with a logical reason not to believe in the historical events of the Bible. You put "faith" that events really happened in other history books that you read, right?

Chicago Sun-Times

The Lutheran pastor soon to be bishop of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod wants his denomination to lift a celibacy requirement for gay and lesbian clergy.

"That's where I think the church is going," Bishop-elect Wayne Miller of Aurora, IL said. "That's where I think it needs to go."

He's hoping the change will come next month in Chicago, where the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is conducting its churchwide assembly. Nearly a third of the denomination's 65 synods are asking for a policy shift in clergy standards.

Eventually, gay and lesbian clergy in monogamous, same-sex relationships could be allowed to serve.

John Roberts of Chicago also hopes it could lead to the reinstatement of gay clergy removed from ministry. He says he was ousted as pastor of a Michigan church in the 1990s after he confided to his bishop that he was gay.

There is a popular claim now that homosexuality is an innate or natural condition in individuals, perhaps even determined at birth. My question to those who subscribe to this is as follows: What should be done with pedophiles and those convicted of bestiality? If sexual inclination is predetermined and natural and cant be changed, then these people are acting on their natural impulses and will continue to do so. How do you think such individuals should be handled.

Most Christians call all humans "God's Children." Well God killed all the humans on Earth but one during the great flood. He did it apparently because he was displeased with his creation. What would you think of a parent who drowned his/her children because they were displeased with their children. I would hope that parent would go to prison for life and never see the light of day again. But somehow, Christians have decided that God drowning all his children was somehow showing them love. I refuse to worship a God who drowns his children and then calls it love.

undesirables (i.e. the poor)?

What do you think, now that a few years have passed? Was it just our retarded government or was it an act of prejudice?

I can't decide. Our government is terribly inadequate and takes forever to do anything. We've all waited in line at the DMV. However, it is undeniable that the U.S. government doesn't give a crap about the poor.
