I would love scripture from the Bible to back up what you think! Thanks!

I think we will, because in heaven we will "know fully even as [we are] fully known." (I Cor. 13:12) To me, that sounds like God is going to give us all knowledge; seems like that would include recognizing others.

But even without having all knowledge, I do think others will be recognizable anyway, because Jesus was recognizable in his glorified body. He still had the scar prints on his hands, for instance (John 20:19-28). It makes sense that we will be recognizable, too. (Our bodies will be glorified as his was--see 1 Cor. 15:49-53).

I look forward to that day!

Definitely not! So says the bible that there will be a reborn-like process.

We will be known in Heaven the way we were on Earth means that we'll have roughly the same personalities as we had on Earth!

we wont recognize them as "our mother'' ''our father'' ''our friends'' but there will be a special connection w/ them that we will have thats stronger....i dont have the scripture for it right now but its in there somewhere so i'll continue to look so sry for that...but also there will be no tears in heaven and in heaven if we recognize our family and friends then we will be looking for them and our focous will be off of God "the main reason we're goin there'' and also we wont see some of those pep that didnt make it ...which means there will be sorrow in heaven ...and God said theres no sorrow in heaven neither i'm going to try to find that verse though ok

when a person dies the soul leaves the body and it floates on its way to heaven,
so if you are around when a person dies at home or a hospital you should open a window so the soul gets into the open as soon as possible,it is sad to see someone die' but it is also amazing to see and hear happenings surrounding that person.
yes when blood stops circulating the brain does stop functioning but the soul is out.

I think so since we will in the same way as they are. The reason the women at the tomb or the guys on the road didn't recognize Jesus after his resurrection was because they were still alive on earth and Jesus had done that, gone to heaven, and come back. He had been transformed.

yes we will. for heaven is love . what or whom we love we see , for our heart is our site, just as heaven is within your heart, "heaven is not a place where one can point and say look there it is , but the kingdom of heaven is within "

Heaven is within our hearts, such is how we see , and if such is so, then we shall see that which our heart contains.

friends, family, animals, god, jesus, heaven.

Jesus says no.

"For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven." Mark 12:25

Absolutely! Didn't Christ tell the thief on the cross next to him "Today you will be with me in Paradise"? Wouldn't that mean that they would know who each other once they were there? Means that to me anyway.
