Amen. The political entity perpetrated as the returned Melchizedik called Jesus only keeps us in slavery to making someone other than the god in Us who is of God being necessary for enlightenment. My "Jesus" threw off mental chains and would have all of us do the same, whatever he is called he was Yeshua Bar Mary, became Yeshua Bar Josef and leads the Way for all who believe Truth sets them free.
Todah Rabah! (thanks very much)

We don't know that Yeshua is the correct name either. There were several Hebrew names translated into Ieous including Yeshua, which is more commonly translated into a different Greek name and then into the Anglican Joshua.
The usage of Ieous leads some scholars to believe that the name of Christ was other than Yeshua.
Since we do not know what name
Christ used Jesus is as good as any.
PS: Did no one see Raiders of the Lost Ark 3?
Greek names that translate into the English J start with an I in Greek.
Now really, I can easily forgive a translation issue like this if it had not been made very popular in a hit movie with Harrison Ford and Sean Connery.

hm, intersting question
well you actually spelled yeshua correctly (or molsty, the voules are actually optonal... but that gets complecated) and used a - for an o whitch tells me you likely have a Hebraic influence, so i'll relate to you as one, if you don't mind
people who claim Jesus beleve he is the Messiah, based on not only the new testement and all the signs and wonders and the socal body of the church set forth, but also the old testment
which as you should know has some pretty intresting prophasys concerning the arival of he Messiah, and if you apply them in both spiritual and physical, instead of just physical, you will notice that he acheved each one,
sorry no time for spell check, gtg

I agree that Yeshua would be much better! But since all the Bible translations use Jesus, we're kind of stuck, I think. It would be cool to see a translation with Yeshua instead!

Yeshua is the Hebrew-Aramaic version of his name... Jesus or Jesous is the Greek version - which was commonly spoken at the time.
