The last thing in the world I would be is Christian as it is today or yesterday. I do believe that there is a true religion that you can call whatever you like. I have to remind you, just as soon as I said that other churches are indebted to the Catholic church, if your church really believes in Christ, you started calling me Catholic. Can someone tell me what does Jesus have to do with Christ?

he thinks he doesnt have to go to church because he went to church like every other day when he was a kid.he is really hard to talk to but i feel like god wants me to witness to him.i have no idea what to do so please pray for me.thank you.

My wife is very banal and has brought Jesus Christ into our home. I consider her an average woman who I'm moderately happy to have in my life. She is a lucky woman.

My girlfriend is from Seoul on a work visa, and she is a devout Buddhist. You know, that "I love trees" sort of stuff with flowers and chanting. Whatever.

Anyway, I've been brought to both of these ladies through my relationship with Jesus Christ. He wanted me to have a male heir to my family business, and hopefully one of those ladies comes through big time. So far I'm 0 for 2.

I know my benign wife will baptize our child in the image of Jesus, but how can I convince my Korean temptress to reconsider her lifestyle and bring our child into the kingdom of the Lord?

Don't judge me! God loves me and thinks I'm a pretty good guy. Girls adore me and it's a fault I live with every day.

Okay, with your whole theory of evolution thing, can you explain how life came into a nonliving world? As far as I can see, every living thing needs life to create it. Even if we are descended from bacterium, how did those bacterium come into existance? Life wasn't here on Earth from the beginning of time, so how does a non-living particle magically gain life? I honestly want to know.

Psalm 93:1: “Thou hast fixed the earth immovable and firm ...”

I love him with all my heart but why did he need a to rest on the 7th day of creation? What did Satan do to get cast out of heaven? Did go give us free will?? Why did he ask Cain, where his brother was?? ( didn't he know)

This incident is true. This is about a family that attended the Church of Christ. She found out that her husband had been molesting their daughter for years. She went to the church elders looking for support, and to ask that they grant her permission to leave her husband. The elders denied her request because she didn't have a biblical reason for the divorce, ie. no adultry.

What do you think? Wouldn't this be classified as adultry? To me, it would be. Do you agree that she shouldn't leave her husband? Why or why not? I was livid when I heard about this.

the definition of truth is: the true or actual state of a matter.

there is no truth in god (or any religion for that matter) it is only faith, whose definition is: belief that is not based on proof

the 2 words have very different meanings.

the truth is, that nobody will know the truth until we die, and if atheists are right, then nobody will ever know the truth because once you're dead, you're dead and you won't "know" anything lol

SO CAN ALL PEOPLE OF RELIGION ADMIT THAT THEY ONLY HAVE FAITH, AND NOT TRUTH?

when you say you have truth, you are lying intentionally and therefore sinning (if you're christian) and will go to hell.

i hope this question will help spare some christians from going to hell.

The Catholic church has been called the anti-christ as has the pope. admit it. Your pastor had eluded to that, hasn't he.
The fact is Mr. and Mrs. Born-agian if it were not for the Catholic Church your pastor would have never heard of Jesus, nor would you. In fact, if the Catholic church had not adopted Jesus he would have been forgotten a long time ago. Jesus is their baby, their logo. "All you have to do is look around: Check out the trees and all the flowers you might pass by everyday without a thought as to where they came from. Or maybe, check out a new baby...for sure you'll realize that someone far greater than any of us is responsible for our world and everything in it." (and now my thoughts and question) Ok, I see a lot of trees, trees come from seeds which come from other trees which come from smaller trees which come from organic reactions in the soil hundreds of thousands of years ago, not that hard minus the scientific details. Flowers are pretty similar. Babies come from sex because again there is a biological reaction occuring. If god put adam and eve here why don't babies just "POOF" appear in our garden. They say "the mountain is beautiful so god must have made it but mountains don't . That's bloody ridiculous and excruciating to hear. How can people attend school and then still continue to think this way. Can anybody answer me these things?

I was at Target with my husband, we picked up one item and were ready to check out. There was a lady with her child talking to another lady with her child. There was a cashier standing behind the ladies, waiting for one of them to be ready to check out. They ignored the cashier, as well as us. The cashier asked us if we were ready to check out. The lady snapped out of her conversation, turned around and said, "Me! I'm next!" Then looked our way and gave a fake "Sorry!" with a stupid smile. The cashier appologized, and told us we could check out at the photo center, which was nearby. My husband said, in a volume loud enough for everyone to hear, "You're not sorry, b*tch." And we went to the photo center to check out, the whole time, the lady and her friend stared at us like they wanted to jump us in the parking lot or something. She followed us outside, and started shouting at us. We just ignored her, got in our car and left. Why are people so crazy nowadays?

Let's say one has a LOT of $$$; would it be possible for someone to buy a street and give it his name? I know that usually street names are given of people who were famous in their field, and dead, but there are street names that are given with people
still living. What's your opinion on that? Would it be possible? I would think the council of citizens would have to be informed and some kind of survey done.
