why were they so afraid of nuclear war? they are the ones who initiated the only one I know about. And they seem to be the aggressor and have been throughot history.

I've checked up on every piece of evidence someone has presented to me for the existence of a man called Jesus, and not one piece could be deemed credible evidence for his existence.

Forged letters between pilate and Tiberius, distorted translations of text that Josephus had copied from someone else in the year 92CE, inaccurate accounts by Tacitus (which mentions a 'Christus' not 'Jesus')......the list goes on.

Some mention Pliny the younger, yet he mentioned christians, not Jesus.

So with the severe lack of evidence, is it not possible that the whole story is such a gross exaggeration, of what may have happened, that it is probably basicly a story of a legendary guy who never even existed?

to start off i'm racist by no means at all i personally have nothing against whites but i do believe the majority of whites are racist i'm a mexican man and 5 times over the past month random stranger have blurted racial slurs in public places like the grocery store heck even yesterday an old lady told me cross the border back to there you belong well i'm a legal citizen i belong in America its my home and illegal immigrants arent just mexican it seems alot of people make the assumption they are please also understand that i'm not calling all whites racist but all the people who have ever said any racist statement to me were white who agrees with my opinion

I was recalling the saying. . .
. . . go instead to your room
. . . because before you open your mouth, God already knows what you are praying for.
. . . worship God in the temple of your soul . . . is this your heart?
Does Jesus means that pray to your heart - the temple of your soul, your conscience?.
Does this means - pray alone to the temple of your soul and not the church where there are so many holy men?

I'm asking this for a few reason's. For those who think I'm narcissistic... I'm not, I'm actually extemely insecure so bite me. The reason I ask is because I am 33 now. I've been married for 10 years. When I was young I was very thin (size 4) and thought I was fat and ugly. Looking back at pictures I see someone different. Now that I'm older I compare myself now to myself then and I feel REALLY ugly but I have gotten complements, which shock the living hell outa me. I think that every picture I have ever taken is worth barfing over, I think my nose is too big, I look horrible when I smile, and I HATE my chin! I have always had these feelings but now they're more so because I'm not a size 4 anymore and I'm older. So there you go... I don't like the way I look but I've had complements so I figured the best way to find out is to ask people who can be brutally honest.

I know the damage it caused me. It took me years to undo the twisted ways of thinking. Only through deep comprehensive thought have I been able to rid myself of all the falsehoods and myths. It is inconcievable to me the real extent of the damage these people do to our children, culture, society, nation, and planet.

I am 27 and I have recently taken a positive step in fading away from the witnesses. It is a huge relief to be away from all those very judgmental people, the only problem is I am not too sure where to make new friends. I am not into pubs or clubs and don't want to join another religion ever again! So if anyone has some good ideas of where to meet nice people that would be great?
