You know both your Bible and Greek better than I do. So does my pastor. Rather than knock on my door, would you be willing to make an appointment instead? Then I could hear both sides of the issue...

Does it amaze you that so many people speak for Christ? They seem to have all of the answers, and be the ultimate authority on scripture...eventhough, Jesus Christ is the ultimate authority...do fundies think they are God?

Isn't this blasphemy when someone makes such a profound statement about what God and Jesus do, believes or says....especially, when it is based on a book that was written by man.

How can fundies speak with such absolutes? This air of superiority is not becoming...and I believe quite sinful.

When I lived in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, roughly 90% of my friends in my apartment were gay, or classified themsleves as gay.

The human being notices patterns. I noticed my friends would typically have relationship, after relationship, after relationship as often as most people change their underwear, and often would bed down with virtually anything and everything. I have seen statistics(although it was just one study), that for instance, a gay man in his prime in San Francisco would have on average 200-250 "partners" per year.

This made me think. Is the real problem with having a relationship with a woman, the fact, most woman are not "easy", and require at least some form of courtship? Let's face it, there is a reason why lesbians buy strap-ons...they want the very same thing a real man would give them, but somehow, they want it from a woman, and the same goes for a gay man, yet intimacy does not seem to be part of the equation(and I am not confusing sex for intimacy).

Why can't you just accept that there is a Goddess and she manifests herself throughout the earth and in nature and that evolution is the process by which she does this? I realize that I have more understanding than you.. *cough*choke*sputter*

I seem to be annoyed at everything and everyone today..I mean there's this girl in my class who's a *Beeping* whore and because she had to flirt with every guy she saw we couldn't finish our drama presentation in time. Then at my tennis class I was paired up with the WORST player there. (me, being rather good..hehe..) Not only that but my mum had to pick me up 15 minutes earlier for some stupid reason. Plus my hair was a wreck today and through out the day I had to keep fixing my mascara, but nooo, my mum thinks I'm taking everything too seriously.

What do you think? Do I have a reason to be in a bad mood today?

Why is it that almost all Hispanics (especially youths that grew up here), those that drive nicer cars or anything with shining rims always pull their window down, with loud music of some sort, and look over to see if you see them in their nice cars or rims (and make sure that you see them) - and switch watch from one arm to the other to make sure that it's the arm on next to the window so that people driving by can see it? Same goes for tattoo?

Is it necessary? I know all race have people that do the same but generally I have seen the most in Hispanics youths. And they drive recklessly too.

but then they want anti-abortion laws, anti-pornography laws, anti-prostitution laws, blue laws closing stores on Sunday, etc. etc.... None of those laws would exist in Amercia without Christian pressure... So, my question is, why do you need the governemnt to enforce your God's laws?

Im a sixteen year old guy. I feel attracted to girls and guys. However I can not see myself in a long-term relationship with a guy, only girls. However I still feel attracted to guys. So am I bisexual. If so, should I come out? Is it nessisary to come out? and if my parents are against it (I dont know if they are, because I have never talked to this with them) what will I do because I am only 16, its not like I can leave.

Why didn't God just kill Adam and Eve after the fall of man? Why allow 7 entire generations of people to exist and make lots of people to kill in a flood? Why would God regret making humanity anway, since he never makes mistakes? He could just create Noah and his family from the start, since Noah was the only person good enough to please him. Regret is what someone feels after making a mistake.

How can people even say this is proof? I fail to understand their logic, or pseudo logic.

They say then explain all the beauty and the complexity of life around you. My response to them is that it doesn't need explanation. Why explain something that you don't know.
