s obvious they don't know what they are talkin about. Many are abuse psycologically and physically by prison guards and other prisoners. They are not eating buffet style and don't even get 3 meals on wkends. medical care is not even free, the family pays.

These people are going to return to society worst of than the left it. Prison teaches them that violence is a way of life. It needs to be a combination of rehabilitation and punishment. Remember not all prisoners are there for violent crimes, but they are placed together. No one complained abut Martha Stewarts's cell did they? And what about those who are in prison for crimes they didn't commit or poor representation.

they are at peace because we dont believe that our god is the only god, ours is true because its older than islam, only our holy book is from god.
If we have been doing as they were doing, there would have been XYZ religion political parties, suicide bombings on muslims, etc...

I wanted to know what exactly is the status of the Pope in different Christian sects. My limited knowledge tells me that to Catholics he is the head of the Roman Catholic Church and the seccessor of St. Peter but a more elaborate elucidation from catholics would be enlightening to me. As for the others, I want to know what role does the Pope play (if any) in your beliefs.

I met my girlfriend 6 months ago when she was staying with a lesbian flatmate. They had fights after which the flatmate moved out. My girlfriend told me that once when they were drunk they had just kissed. I recently came across emails and pictures my gf had written to her friend describing how she was attracted to this girl and then about the first time they hooked up. They moved in together a few weeks after the first encounter. Also the pictures showed them kissing in December and march which gives me the impression that it was a full blown relationship? My gf has had 3-4 serious guy relationships in the past and this seems to be her first bi sexual experience. She says that it was only curiousity and they only did it a total of 2-3 times in their 6 month association !! Can i trust her ??

I often hear people say that the only difference between the races is skin color. This statement shows a stunning level of ignorance about science and history. There are hundreds of scientifically provable differences between the races. These include hair texture, bone structure, muscle structure, skin thickness, hormone levels, resistence levels to certain deseases, average intelligence, etc., etc., etc. The list is too long to type out here.

In fact, a Poodle and a Doberman Pinscher are more closely related genetically than a white and black person are. This is a scientific fact, but you don't hear anyone say that the only differece between a Poodle and a Doberman Pinscher is the color of their fur. So why do people continue say this b.s. when it comes to the different human races? Does living in a fantasy world make them feel better? Or did they hear that phrase on TV and because they have no critical thinking ability, they were stupid enough to believe it?

I do not have a strong background in theory of evolution, I am a religious person and have never looked any further into existance other than God. I've been researching Darwin's theory a little here lately out of mere curiosity......I was just wondering if evolution is the only other explanation for human and worldly exsistance besides creation.
My other question....everything I have researched about evolution so far has given me the impression that because there are so many discrepancies and errors in it, people rely on faith more than or as much as science when it comes to believing the theory. So is the differerence between the two simply that religion=faith in god(s) and theory =faith in sciece?

Belief is a personal choice, so I've decided not to believe in Christians. I can't even bring myself to believe in the existence of Christians, no matter how hard I try.
