Rules: pray five time a day, believe allah is only god, believe in mohammed as final messenger.
When we leave excuses made by islamic people that...it has science, it is peaceful, it gave equal rights to everyone, it says morals....etc.

It's not strict, it's a great way that leads to a great life.
It's like following street instructions to be safe from a car accident. Follow instuctions right, you keep away from danger. Don't follow instructions, and you're life is closer to death then it is to life.
That's what I think.
Peace.

Religion is the guidance for human from God.
Islam itself means "submitted to Allah".
lets take an examples..very simple examples..
U fall in love, u love ur wife so much that u could do anything for her.. she asked u to cook 5 times a day.. u will do because u love her. she ask u to fast to feel how the poor feel.. u will do it with all ur heart. Why u do all this thing for her? because u love her so much.. that u afraid u will hurt her,u dont want to hurt her feeling. In return She will loves u as u do what she asked u to do...
So, in Islam, we have rules to live a better life which God had teach us for our own benefits. As for examples, muslims must fast for a month and it has been proven by Doctor that it is a good practice for our body to relax and give a better health. Morally or spiritually, we muslims learn how the poor felt when they have no food to eat, it makes us to think about the poor.
Prayer 5 times daily.. its a simple excercise and we must take "wudu'" where we have to clean part of our body (face, hand, ear, feet) each time before we pray and it is known that, cleaning ur face minimum five times a day is a good practice to have a clean and healthy skin.
So, when we muslims are command to do this and that and when its proven scientifically that what we must do, is the best thing to do for our health or life, why would we want to go against the rules? Plus, its increase our faith and believes that Allah is the true God who knows whats the best for his creations.
Well, actually, the rules are indirectly make us think and remember about Allah every minutes in our life, there it makes our faith towards him more high and increase each day....and the truth is, in Muslim we strongly believe that Allah is the true God.
When somebody was against or mock our God or his messenger we will get angry and upset.
Its just the same, if ur wife was mock by ur neighbour u will feel do ur best to protect her and definitely u will get angry and upset with ur neighbour..
we r human who have feelings... and loves to our God and religions...

First of all your question is very disrespectful, just because you don't agree with us does not give you a right to say we make excuses. Ever heard of tolerance? Anyways we follow Islam not just because of those things, there are tons of reasons and everyone makes sense. It is a clear fact that if one does not think too much about God then they won't also follow God's command as well. Thats why we pray everyday so we are closer to God, no wonder most Muslims don't drink, eat pork, do drugs for example.

As Affan mentioned above.. Islam is a religion that makes sense, that is why Muslims believe in these articles of faith. And have you ever heard of free will? It is something that every human possesses, therefore what is wrong if a Muslim chooses to believe in his religion? Who are you to question HIS faith and HIS choice?
If I wanted to be as 'inquisitive' as you, I would ask why do Hindus believe in Hinduism when it separates people into different classes (caste system) that puts some people on a higher level and some on a lower level. Isn't that discrimination? But no, I believe that other people are subject to their own beliefs and they have reasons for having faith in their religion so I won't ask them why they do certain things unless I ask to understand their religion better, instead of asking to be disrespectful towards their religion and its followers.

But i can't see any strict...what is the problem by praying 5 times that makes us get closer to Allah...what is the problem by believing by one God = Allah....what is the problem by believing that Prophet Mohamed is the last prophet...and what is the problem of the other rules of Islam...i find them it tells about the peace of Islam and getting close to God (Allah)....so what is your problem by that??

*sigh* ignore approximately AS ... he/she is an entire moron. i've got on no account commonplace any Jew to gown up as a Muslim. no longer to show injury their very own sacred texts purely in some plot to make Muslims look undesirable. *rolls eyes* Holy paranoid AS and outright lies. As for the books, it relatively is gloomy. Islam isn't a non violent faith even in that's origins. in keeping with threat there are some non violent Muslims, however the religion itself is something yet. what's gloomy, is that Jews does no longer have desecrated any Muslim holy books IF the region have been reversed; yet, Muslims can do it to Jews and it is meant to easily be familiar? i do no longer see why Muslims ought to additionally be allowed into the Tomb of the Patriarchs; i advise, in all honsety Islam is a rip off of Judaism (and Christianity) so, it is in contrast to Abraham is surely the valid patriarch, precise? Jacob = Jews, Esau = Muslims. ?? No ask your self Muslims hate Jews. notwithstanding it is out of attempting to be respectful and keep peace (between different issues alongside with nasty politics) that they are even allowed. in my opinion, i think of their presence there is greater of a shame than something, yet that's purely my own opinion. i'm unclear they might react so peacefully if Jews went to a mosque and did comparable OR permit's say desecrated their holy books. particular, non violent Muslims exist, however the religion itself isn't non violent and anybody who says otherwise of course is familiar with no longer something approximately it. Very unhappy with regard to the books. xoxo ?
