I met my girlfriend 6 months ago when she was staying with a lesbian flatmate. They had fights after which the flatmate moved out. My girlfriend told me that once when they were drunk they had just kissed. I recently came across emails and pictures my gf had written to her friend describing how she was attracted to this girl and then about the first time they hooked up. They moved in together a few weeks after the first encounter. Also the pictures showed them kissing in December and march which gives me the impression that it was a full blown relationship? My gf has had 3-4 serious guy relationships in the past and this seems to be her first bi sexual experience. She says that it was only curiousity and they only did it a total of 2-3 times in their 6 month association !! Can i trust her ??

What bothers me is her denial saying that she isnt lesbian or bi but they had sex only 3 times just out of curiosity on her part but based on her emails and the pictures ive seen of them smooching at different times lend me to believe it was a relationship ? What was it ? Should i confront her with evidence??

She's seems bi to me, but a lot of people don't like to put labels on their sexuality so that might be why she is not claiming it. With that being said, this doesn't mean you can't trust her. Many people assume that bisexual individuals can not be monogamous, which is not true. Bisexuals are attracted to men and women but aren't necessarily having sex with both of them at the same time. Just like heterosexual women aren't necessarily having sex with more than one man at one given time period. By being in a relationship with you, that I assume is not open, she is committing to be monogamous to you. Therefore, she has just as much of a chance of cheating as any other girl. If she hasn't given you reason not to trust her, by lying or cheating, then, I think you should trust her.

In my long life I have noticed, that women start very early hugging and kissing there girlfriends. They have sleepovers, pajama parties, they discuss boys a lot and may even practice there kissing skill on each other. My guess is the majority of women have had at least one lesbian encounter. I've noticed that there is no end to the amount of female stars who want ot get on the TV show "The L Word". Lets hope the girl in your life prefers guys, although a threesome might be nice.

She is not lesbian-oriented. Lesbian girls are both attracted to other women and find male sex repulsive or are non-plussed by it.

She certainly seems to also enjoy men--unless she is in denial.

She is bi. But do not make a big deal out of it. In her mind she may be minimizing it some--but it is not all that big of a deal. Everyone (at least most women I think--and on guys it may be the case but they are unable to admit or recongize it) are bi to some extent or another. It is really not necessary that you pin your gf down to the extent she is bi. Be satisfied she is loyal to you. A bi woman is as loyal as a hetero woman to the person she is with--regardless of their gender.

So it just dosen't matter.

She must be bi. If she was just curious she would have only had sex with a female once.

do you really need the truth when you hot the proof? She probably don't know what she wants so maybe you should decide if you want this or not. y'all together on an outing like at the same sex you got competition on your hands can you handle that?

ok when someone has sex with the same gender once then they can say it was just curiousity but when they have it more than once then i dont think it's just coz of curiousity but coz she enjoyed it so i would call her bisexual...while ur gf is now with u and doesnot spend anytime with her x girlfriend then i dont think this might effect u..
