I guess I should not say "always" perhaps "alot of the time" would be a better choice of words. Why do they throw the butts out of their car windows, I know they have a ashtray in their car.

because smokers want to ruin the environment along with everybody elses health as well as their own! honestly why people smoke ? waste of money waste of life.

because it is an accepted form of litter.
how many times does it happen right in front of a cop and nothing is done?.
I smoke a pipe so i do not have this tendency. but i have always thought it to be a very rude side of smokers.

some smokers behave in the most uncivilised way - they're not just over there, here they are no different ! Not only do they are hell bent on polluting the air, they also want to pollute the environment

hey man not all people who smoke do that. i smoke and that pisses me off. but most people in general litter in other ways all the time. i will never understand that

becoz not all smokers do that. i put mine n my back pocket ALWAYS then throw it in the garbage

because if your walking in the street....theres no where else to throw it and what would you want them to do.....put it in there pockets??
