The police will not believe you. The government will send the "MIB" to your house. The press will make a mockery of your evidence.
Your best bet is to send it to a magazine or fanzine (online or offline) that specializes in this kind of thing. You might also like to try and find some "cryptozoologists", who specialise in "werebeasts" or "cryptids". They will also be able to analyse your evidence and conduct tests on it. (The "Underground Voice" sounds like an interesting place to start.)

Definately NOT the goveernment. They will suppress it. And dependig on WHICH press the story might not be received seriously. Best bet is to set up a web site with the proof, free access, but make certain to guard it well so that someone can't get in and hack it down.

i run an underground magazine speacializin in these types of cases, of course you do not want to go to the goverment with this type of information because they will most likely kill you and your family and take the film. i dont know why theyd kill you but i think i know why..
