Belief is a personal choice, so I've decided not to believe in Christians. I can't even bring myself to believe in the existence of Christians, no matter how hard I try.

The idea of a Bible being accepted as the truth by a human being who has the same capabilities for rational understanding as I do, is just too unlikely to be possible.

Do you believe in Christians?

Unfortunately, I know too much about psychology not to believe in Christians. The horrid thing called denial, and how you can consciously know something as fact, yet "believe" something that is completely contradictory to that fact, by coming up with wacky rationalizations. But unfortunately this is the defect in what would otherwise be a totally rational mind that makes it possible for Christians to exist.

I agree with timeless, I believe in Christianity, but not the Christian as a person, he is just my brother or sister in Christ.

There are thousands and thousands of people far more intelligent than you that believe in the Bible. Always have been and always will be. In fact, there are hundreds and hundreds of scientists, from the past, from the present, and will be in the future, who believe in Christ.

You should hear how doctors explain the moment by moment of just how much pain Jesus experienced while on the cross. The nails were not driven into his palms like all pictures show, they were driven in thru the inside of His wrists, where there are all these main nerves. I don't remember all that this one doctor said, but he gives the complete details of what kind of pain someone in the same position would expereince and why it would cause so much pain.

Without the Holy Spirit in your heart, you cannot and will not understand.

In 1 Corinthians 2:14 it says:

14The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

But don't worry, one day you will also have the opportunity to believe. However, all kidding aside, truly, I hope that you will believe before and accept before you take your last breath, because God's word also says:

Romans 14:11 (New International Version)

11It is written:
" 'As surely as I live,' says the Lord,
'every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will confess to God.'

So whether you believe on earth, or you believe outside of the realm of your body (after death), you will surely believe. If its after you die, then yes, your soul will burn in a fire greater and hotter than anything you can imagine, as it will be a supernatural fire, even hotter than a nuclear bomb.

No, please do not jump to a conclusion here. I am not forcing my beliefs on you and I'm not trying to scare you with, "oh my gosh, you are going to go to hell and burn for ever and ever.

All, I'm doing is simply stating what is true and there is only one truth. Either there is a God or there isn't, either there is a hell or there isn't, either I'm right or I'm not.

And if I'm not right, what have I lost? Nothing. But if I'm right, I've gained eternity forever and ever in heaven and not in the Lake of Fire.

If you are right what have you gained? Nothing. But if you are wrong, what have you lost? Spending eternity, forever and ever in the Lake of Fire.

Think about it.

I don't know every Christian in the world, but for the some I know, yes, I do. (I'm a Christian, does it make this invalid?)
I accept the Bible...
Anyway, as much as anyone doesn't believe in Christians, the important thing is to believe in God. You might not want to believe in his people, go ahead, but belief in God is essential.
