My question refers not to the questions that science is still grappling with, but instead, the questions that supposedly fall outside the purview of science.

What questions do you ask that science can NEVER address?

Can anyone briefly explain the fundamental differences? Are they basically evident in vocabulary, spelling, pronunciation, grammar, or all of these? How easy is the mutual communication? Do books published in Spain, for example, need editing before being published in one of the Latin American countries?

Would you draw a parallel to American and British English, or is it quite different?

And one more (you don't have to answer this if it's too much trouble) How does the Spanish spoken in the various countries of Latin America relate to the Spanish spoken in Spain? (For example, Australian English is much closer to British English in vocabulary and pronunciation than is American English. Any such similarities in Spanish? Could you say that, say, the Spanish in Mexico or Argentina or elsewhere is closer to the Spanish in Spain than some other dialects of Spanish?)

If someone starts texting you, say for instance... 'hey, whats up' then u reply & ask them whats up & don't get a reply... or your msging then they just stop. It really irritates me & I think its rude... I just don't know what to do about the guy I like thats started doing this...

but why is there only an outcry of condemnation in American society against religious entertainment that contains violence while secular violence is glorified and approved of in every kind of entertainment?

This question occurred to me when reading the Yahoo news article about how people want to ban the video game called Left Behind because it supposedly promotes religious violence.

Another example was how people complained that "The Passion of the Christ" was "too violent". But no one said that "American Psycho" was too violent. "American Psycho" did not have any kind of good moral message in it. It was only about graphic mindless serial killing, but it had a PG rating. And there was never any public outcry against that movie.

How many secular video games and movies promote secular violence that we don't hear about on the news? I'm just curious as to why violence in religious movies and video games gets controversy but secular violence is no big deal to people.

I have been going out with this guy for a couple of months and I really like him, I see him nearly every day and when I'm not with him I tend to think about him aswell. How do I know if I love him? and is it too early to say it - will I scare him off if I do?

Hi my stepson is 14. I've always had my doubts as he has grown up, not into "boy" things. He has access to the internet via wireless, his pc is always messing up, and I have to fix it. I have found things on there that point to being gay, i.e. pictures, I also have a router that shuts down wireless links if any "porn" words are attempted and gives admin the reason why. I have found out that his activities have bee logged on the router, especially msn messenger, where he has been having webcams with a particular boy "friend" and watching each other do things that you can just imagine.
While I respect his privacy, and the privacy police will say i shouldn't have looked, I had to fix his pc, and I had to access the router logs, to find out what was shutting it down.
My questions are these,
Is he gay? or is it a growing up fad? (although I never went through this, and I am a man of 38)
I have no problem with it if he is, whats bugging me is should I tell his mother? if so how? Thanks
