Everything in this world in some reference point is a spiritual truth - however who's truth is it? If it is not grounded and founded and espoused and formed by the Word of God it is of the world and thus a truth that is of the world. For Godly wisdom comes from above and such is found only and completely in Christ Jesus who is the form, identity, character and embodiment of all Spiritual Truth! If such truth does not point to Him - then it is not from Him and therefore not of the truth that is from God.

A hollywood movie is sufficient - well if a fictional character said it in a movie it MUST be true. I don't suppose its any less relevant than ancient fiction, though I'd draw a different conclusion from that than you, I suspect.

He used a double negative, which means that he was saying there are innocent people, and not that there aren't any innocent people. Take some grammar lessons.
