Now that dances with wolves has lost its touch and rejuvinated itself to the islanders and african americans...Do YOU the white society think its cool to see a p.rican or an african american playing native and actually passing for one at the traditionalists pow wows? as a native I found this to be offensive,but too many white emcees dont want to ROCK the boat persayyyyy.they dont want to be sued so i was told at the last pow wow...What the hell ever happened to OUR ppl? any other natives feel this way?I no longer have a friend becos i got mad at her for dressing her illegal hubby up as a native an sent him into the circle to dance..to watch him was terribly humiliating for him...i felt bad for him..HE KNEW who he was...africans?dont you feel this way tooo?instead of trying to be whut YOU are not?

I understand very little about set religious beliefs which is why im asking.I think the whole religion thing has gone *** about face and is doing the opposite to what it should be doing,ie being a division when really we should be loving each other etc.

I was thinking about applying for a scholarship for community service because I have quite a bit of it but I was wondering could I also include in that list of community service court appointed community service. and if I did include it would they have to know that it was court appointed.

when i was in elementary school everyone was mixed up,then middle school people began having cliques based on there race,but noy everyone but in high school it seems like everyone is like that...
im asian and when i was in middle school i didn't hang out with asians,i hanged around everyone and people seemed happy to be my friend even though i wasn't mexican,black,white.etc.

This question came to mind in watching two History Channel stories. In one case, a German solder, was born in Eugene (OR) and was a Baptist. When Hitler called for a return of all Aryans to the Fatherland, the boy's parents moves the family back. As a result, he ended up in the German Army. When captured, he was executed.

In the second case, a Mormon Missionary is in Germany living with a Mormon family, but returns home when all Americans are ordered out of the country. When the war starts, he joins the military and is trained as a sniper. In an incident where he is trying to kill a German solder, he fires twice, but misses both times. The German solder is captured and he meets up with him. It turns out to be the son of the family he stayed with.

Now it can be said that in the second case that God prevented him from killing his brother in the faith, but what about all the other Christians he had killed?

My daughter and I are having a bit of a disagreement. She said that people who elicit money from motorists at street corners can make about 400 to 500 dollars a day. I don't think so. I think most people, if they are willing to give money to the homeless, usually donate only 2 or 3 dollars. Given that, a homeless person would have to receive money by a motorist every few seconds in order to get anywhere close to 400 to 500 bucks a day. And I never see that many people hand them money when I'm at a red light. So, what do you all say? What do you think the most a homeless person can make per day panhandling?

I am gay and think my mate is gay. we were both drunk the other night and i asked him if he was gay he said i got a girlfriend but has never mentioned he had one before. later on i put my hand on his leg and rested my head on his shoulder and then rubbed his neck he did not say anything or move he just let me do it.

I am not very excepted there. because most of the churchgoers my age are preps. i'm more of a punk. and i am a vegan and so every one thinks I am new age. but I'm not..and every has weird assumptions about me. I also have died black hair and i wear dark eyeliner every where I go. and, I where different types of clothes. I am not into brand name like they are. I want to be accepted for who I am.
One time I tried to be one of them..but i suffered from deppression because I wasn't being myself.
Do you think I should just be myself and meet some friends outside of church? I only have one friend who is really like me.
It is hard because I am also Homeschooled..so I don't get to meet people often. Only through soccer.
