Because the American Govt. practises double standards. Bush is not a war criminal, but Saddam is. The U.S.A. goes on accumulating nuclear weapons, but condemns the audacity of other nations to do so. It creates a weapons market to check its over-production of weapons, but the purchasers of such weapons soon become its enemies. It practises liberal economy, but its parliament raises a hue & cry to pass anti-outsourcing laws the moment its own labour market dwindles. That's why...

However, I believe George W. Bush & his administration do not represent the common American people. The U.S. people are some of the greatest believers of freedom & probably the most caustic criticism of the American Govt. policies come from within America. So hat's off to the American people and thumbs down to its present Govt.

Because it's easier to hate than to accept, and because acknowledging other people's mistakes means nobody is looking at your own.

If you live in Canada, it's because Bush forgot us in the speech after 9/11 even though we were the first ones there to help.

If you live anywhere in the world, including the US, it's George Bush's fault.

If your an Aussie, it's because you can't figure out why Americans are so uptight.

If your British, it's because the Americans gave the British the big finger, and because your accent will never make you sound like a hick.

If you are from the Middle East, that is kindof obvious.

If you are Oriental, it's because you are Canadian now.

I could go on and on...but my "Down with America" support group is starting in the other room...

Well it may seem so but it is not like that. I think the anti-amercan thing comes from the way of life you people have and because of the passion of USA politicians...Also many people, i can say even countries don't like America for the war in the Middle East that should have been ended already or at least thats my opinion.

funny when the USA, with all its power and population, is only 5th ranked as most globilized out of 62 countries being beaten by ireland and switzerland, ranked 8th by the UN out of 193 countries for human development, with norway and the scandinavian countries being first... and as protector of the environment, 45th out of 146 studied countries behind countries like Botswana!!! - pretty sad when americans think they are the greatest nation on earth huh. well holding the keys to nuclear warfare and oil does NOT make a country the strongest - we have all seen how nations who ruled others by arms and power have all fallen through the centuries. i also fully understand the voices heard are the opinions of the powerful, not the unheard voices of america. maybe the american govt. needs to look up to the scandinavian countries and find out why they are ranked number one. maybe its because they put human beings first, peace, humanitarianism, and tolerance. just maybe many americans can learn something from them about what true wealth is. everyone gets tired of a corrupted, greedy, power hungry bully.

Many human beings act like the international revolves round them, human beings are grasping and the objective is to have the most money and fabric issues. Our leaders are warmongers. we are in consumer-friendly words 5 % of the international’s inhabitants, yet devour 26 % of the international’s skill... the record is going on.

Because the US go around at the order of the government and try to bully others,(i.e- invade countries) which is why people hate them, that whu so many others will do anything they can to hurt america and its allies also.

BUSH IS TO BLAME- BUT FORGETS HE WILL LIVE THROUGH IT ALL.
