Yes. That is the simple answer. Most immigrants have faced some form of segregation and prejudice in the U.S. There are waves of prejudice actually that seem to go along with the increase and decrease of immigration form various nations. One of the current media bogeymen is the "illegal alien". By this, most media are referring to Hispanic immigrants, even though illegal immigration occurs on all of our borders on a fairly regular basis. The reason is because the illegal Hispanic is a bit more recognizable than one from Canada.

Yes. Although it is not at a height right now, I am sure it still occurs. There were times in the past where members of the U. S. Navy fought zoot suiters (Hispanics) in San Diego during WWII in 1943. There are slurs used against them. Every group who has made it in the U. S. execpt the original white founders have had a tough time gaining acceptance.

Write your very own sociology paper, moron. i'm going to assert this, confident close by human beings confronted prejudice, they have been hunted and killed on sight. confident they confronted segregation, they have been pushed from their properties while their land grew to become into made into states with out provisions for the existence and customs of the close by human beings already residing there, and compelled to outlive reservations. And confident, they have recieved racism the comparable as the different minority team, hell some say they have recieved the worst as many tribes have been made extinct. Black human beings have been slaves for 4 hundred years, yet weren't in possibility of extinction. There, chuffed? probable no longer, yet having reported that, what do I care, thank you for the two factors.

The "Faces" you describe are just "American" faces. Hispanic, Latino, Black, Asian, European, Slavic, or Indian in origan. We are all here as AMERICANS and the prejudice exists by any one face feeling their face is or has some entitlement or claim to this freedom of all faces more than any other.
I wish you PEACE and FREEDOM in this New Year.

I think that there are strong feelings against the poor.
Most people that have some thing feel that they deserve what they have.
And they feel that those that don't have any thing it's because there is some thing wrong with them.
Further there is the feeling that if the poor were to get more it would be coming from those that have.

hell yea they do, just like every other race, or religion. not to be racist but especially thoughs who are non-whites, but non-whites can be extremely racist, its a 2-way street nowadays.
too much has been done, until we all experience what each other has, then racism will always probably be an issue
