I was devastated when my wife told me that Methusaleh was out. I mean, how much more Biblical do you get than that?

Anyway, it's recently come to my attention that we need to find a good baby name.

Here's my girl name favorites: Madison, Reagan, Sophie, Cheney, Emily.

You'll notice none of those are Biblical (though Reagan obviously should be). Have any good Biblical girl names?

Boys: Michael and David. Please God may you limit the boys we have to two because I can't find any other names for them. I will have to name them Ashley or Megan or something. And nobody wants that!

So, does anyone have a suggestion for girl/boy names, preferably Biblical (though secular is okay, too)?

... why was Judas punished by being cast into hell? Why isn't he Saint Judas up there on the right hand of God himself? Jesus might have lived to a ripe old age and we'd all be unsaved without him.

If you're into that kind of thing.

If the the "pot," (so to speak) is not intending to be rude or crueln and just want the kettle to realize....

Why can't people just take criticism without feeling like the person giving it has to be all better than them?

What does the word Goth mean to you? Can you even define it?

And how do you feel about Emo?

Don't you feel that emo has stolen a lot of it's style from punk and goth and tried to make it their own?

And don't you think that emo is lame because they moan about life instead of respecting it? Emo's are always depressed but over really stupid stuff.

So yeah, as a goth, how do you feel about emos?

This is kind of long. What do you think of how the people in Missouri treated the early Mormon Pioneers?

I live in an apartment building and I am having problems with my upstairs neighbor. She is an older lady probably in her 50s of 60s and she is constantly bothering me about my next door neighbor (who lives below her also). She comes knocking my door at least a couple times a week, usually more, and sometimes at really wierd hours (once she knocked at 1:00 at night). I answer the door (she keeps knocking until I answer) and she starts rambling on and on about how loud the neighbor is and how she is going to call the police. The thing is, they aren't loud! I have never even heard them! Additionally, I don't udnerstand why she is telling ME about it! I'm just standing there thinking, "why are you here and what exactly do you want from me?" It is annoying to say the least. I try very hard not to be rude to her since she is my elder and all.. but this has got to stop. I think she may have dementia but I'm not sure what to do! What would you do?

Christians, saying that some magical being just created the universe is WAY harder to believe than evolution. But to the point.....

You believe that God is a very complex God right? Okay, if you do, then you probably also think He is more complex than the universe, so using God to explain the universe is VERY illogical, it just adds more improbable complexity. Christians say that God has always been here. Why not just say the universe has always been here? Mr Christian, "because the universe needs a creator".
Well then, who created God? "god existed forever" Well then if he didn't need a creator, then why not the universe existed forever?

Now that the gov has stepped in on telling us what we can and cant do with smoking,(for our own good)how long before other things get taxed. The gov may decide that since this is the fattest nation in the world all you lard a55es should pay a tax for those dollar menue items you love so much.Or maybe you drunks who think a twelve pack after work is a good way to wind down. How about taxing that more for your own good.Everyone is quick to jump on the band wagon to take something away from somebody.Till its you they take it away from. You sheep just keep on following the herd ,the wolf will get you soon enough

Please no trash talking here. But I'm kind of frustrated towards the fact that people say rap should be isolated only to african-americans in the united states. why is that? why does it matter if whites or asian-americans can rap too? i've heard white people making fun of asian rappers saying they shouldnt be rapping cuz it's a music for black people. how come they don't give a sh** about blacks or asians being a rocker when it's normally for white people music? try to reverse it ... race does not matter. all we care for is good music.

They say they will send you something for free then when you get the letter they ask you to "sow a seed" to receive God's blessings then the letters keep coming and keep asking to "sow a seed". Any body heard about them? Do you trust them? do you think they have the Spirit of God for real? because all they do is asking for money by telling you to "sow a seed". I remeber the name of one of them: Bob tilto. i 4get the name of the other one

If you only had, say $75 to spend on books to fill out your collection, then what would you buy? My collection is ever growing, but I'm curious to see what others wouldn't live without. Keep it within the budget too. I want some good answers, none of that "god hates the occult" and "Wiccans are being mislead by the Devil" type stuff, OK?

My daughter is in a program called the Young Marines, and in order to move up in the program, the kids are required to do at least 50 hours of community service per year. She is 9 years old. Does anyone have any good suggestions as to what would be a good community service project for a 9 year old?
