If you start as a blonde it's a sin, if you start as a brunette, it's cool!

Sins are things that cause harm to yourself or others. They make logical sense. Your hair is dead, it can be cut and re-dyed. I don't think it really matters to God. If you're doing it to get attention, it's still not the dye that is the sin, it's the pride.
Hair is not an issue, the heart motivation is the issue. Why are you even asking this question?? Is it because you feel it is wrong? If so, then it probably is for you. Will it tick off someone you know, your parents or something? Then if you do it for that reason, it's wrong.

No more than dying your hair blonde, brown, or red is.
Some people press the idea that you aren't supposed to alter your body because its the temple for the Holy Spirit. However, as long as you continue to live your life for God, it shouldn't matter what color your hair is. In fact, having a different appearance might actually help you to reach out to people who wouldn't be open to someone who looked like a traditional Christian. Hope it turns out great!

No what is a sin is worrying about our looks instead of cultivating our inner beauty but I'm not saying you are doing that. What I mean is vanity is a sin.

The only thing you have to worry about is people judging you for the way you look or outward appearances. I never cared when i was punk in the 80's. I have emo's in my church who are christian and I don't judge them because I use to be punk. The only thing I ever heard, is hardcore Christians who swear tha you cannot get a tattoo.

This would depend on your religion, as long as your religion allows altering your body or expressing individuality, I don't see how it would be a sin.
