GENERALY rude when asked questions about what they believe?

I am not rude, or at least I try not to be. I've found more Christians using insults and making unnecessary obnoxious remarks than anyone else.

Often, the question is asked in a snide way, with little comments added. Add to that the frustration of answering a given question for the fortieth or fiftieth time, and that could be a contributing factor. Also, atheists can be blunt when presenting their opinions, and just state them briefly. This can be interpreted as bruque and rude. Many of them are very highly educated, and write with an ascerbic wit to which not everyone is accustomed. They could be offended by theism and responding out of anger.
There could be many reasons.

I am not rude to people. As for questions about what I believe, I am an atheist, I have no beliefs.

Keep in mind the rude one's tend to be the loudest and stand out more.
The truth is, there are terribly rude and loud people in every believe system out there.

I've noticed that Christians are incredibly rude too.
Arn't some atheists here just trying to get a rise out of Christians? Well, sometimes it works, unfortunately.

I'd imagine it's because the questioner was either just trying to start a fight or acting ignorant on purpose.

Why are christians rude to those that have beliefs that differ from theirs?? Christians DO NOT know they are right, they ONLY THINK they are right! But are very quick to Judge others even though their God says not to!

I try to not be rude. I don't mean to come off that way if I do, mostly I just try to joke around and have fun on this thing.
