i recently wrote a question asking for people to pray for a certain individual named pkstn pride who keeps writing hateful questions against hindus

i got wonderful compassionate comments but got others saying i was wasting my time over a person like him

it is my devotion to cure a sickly fallen man. is that a waste of time?
i believe in gandhi's philosophy and i am only trying to promote love and compassion? is that wrong

if you don't think so please continue spreading this peaceful message and write a prayer for him
if not tell me why it is wrong to attempt to purge the hate from one's community...one can never know what good it will do until they try right?

My father was Jewish and even though I have never practiced the Jewish faith I have always considered myself to be Jewish. When asked my nationality I state English, Irish and Jewish. My 17 year old daughter argues that being Jewish is a religion and not a heritage. Someone please help end this argument!! Thanks!!

A fat man tried to come down our chimely earlier this evening and got stuck. We tried to get him out by pushing and pulling and poking, but it didn't work. So we lit a fire. We thought it would work like it does in cartoons and he would fly out. Instead it cooked him.
He left a bunch of large dogs tied to a partially gutted car on our lawn.
Are these now our property or do we have to return them to his family?

In the eastern island of Sulawesi, some Manado Christians swear by kawok, or garden rats, cooked with chilies and garlic, and paniki, or bats, cooked in coconut milk. "Paniki's meat tastes almost the same as kawok but it has more muscles," said Manadonese Stephen Lapian. "But if you cut the arm pit in a wrong way, it will be very stinky."

Today I had a rude woman come thru my line at the check outs (I am a part-time cashier). She was incredibly rude to me and I wanted SO BAD to spit on her apples when she wasn't looking, or something like that. (Mind you, I did nothing wrong to this woman. I greeted her with a smile, wished her a merry christmas, etc., she just seemed to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed) I did refrain and only enjoyed the revenge in my mind. But I would like to know, has anyone ever followed thru with such revenge (i.e. spit in customer's food) or done something horbily nasty withouth the rude customer knowing?

(Note: I am usually not a nasty person, but you people who work with the public daily like me will most likely understand).

Please, tell me your story of mishaps with rude people, and how did you get revenge?

So I got my husband a beautiful silk tie..the perfect color he didn't have to match all his dress shirts! He just got a new job and didn't have many ties before so a great gift! So tonight he comes home with an armful of ties his friend gave him..including one similar to mine! What should I do now it is christmas eve tomorrow? Do i not give him the tie just my other stuff or give him the tie and tell him it was a good gift until now???

So many atheists here are constantly trying to make Christians look stupid, or to convince us all that Jesus is a myth and that religion is hocus-pocus. Could this stem from unconscious urges from the id to be close to God, resulting in a conflict with the super-ego, or could some be agnostics in search of an argument that may change their minds? Just wondering.

i believe he is sick from an illness called hate
i have tried to respond to every hateful question of his with love..see for yourself...
i believe well wishing and prayer that god will forgive him will only save his soul and lessen the hate in this world

i want to show him the love and compassion in this world
i try to live by mahatma gandhi's philosophy and were he among us today he would do the same...
