No, because, as twisted as the message is, it is what is clearly conveyed in the bible and koran. Time to rethink the messenger.

Oppressing?... deffinatly.... It is sometimes necessary to kill in defence of others or self... If you are defending yourself or others from ones who want to kill because of your or others"belief" "Faith""knowledge of God"... then that is permissable... it is not permissable to kill someone for not "believeing in The One True God.... The True Christian Faith can not be imposed upon others...by any means.

if you are looking for a general opinion, i say 'definately.' i was raised old fashion way of church going => "God wrote though shall not kill" and he meant it, in his name or not.
our purpose on earth after eating the forbidden fruit is to deal with our sins and overcome them, not judge ourselves or others for theirs. We are to live in harmony amongst our differences and understand each other.
coming down to an individual personal level, if you cannot find it in yourself to be humble and understand what is given to you, how do you expect another to show the same graciousness???
i have chosen a humbling path to acceptance and declare no outright religion. i like what ive learned from LIFE.
