What i mean is we spell Nicholas like this but spell Nick like this. not very commonly do we see Nickolas...but yes some spell it with the k in it. same way with Jonathan. some put a h in it when they change it to the short form. can anyone clear this up for me/

any so called christian harassing you about the gospel does not understand their calling .unlike telemarketers, if you refuse gods message ,which we are ordain to share,we are suppose to walk away from you;as jesus says we are to leave the city if they refuse this message and shake the dust from our feet.

im jewish but am interested in chistmas gifts for office members i dont really know who apperantly love christmas and its a week before, help me!!! i dont kno what to get,like 15 ppl, somthing cheap but meaningful ive already given a somewhat bad reputation of myself and this holiday is the perfect oppurtuntity for me to win everybody back or at least change their opinions of me , im really a nice guy, just unfornate events stumbled sooner than i expected, so i need to give somthing to halfstrangers and soon to be good friends, somthing that says wow he gave u that, but doesnt come off woah somebody wants to stalk u later tonight

I don't go overboard buying things for my children throughout the rest of the year. No is a word they areuse to hearing. But when it comes to christmas I usually try to get them everything I think they may want and then a few things they don't expect to see. Below is a list of what I have purchased for my children so far, and what I am wanting to know is will they be "thrilled" to see these things or do I need to add a few more items. Any suggestions are welcome.

Whether if you're rich or poor and if you have God and Jesus in your heart would God reward everybody the same when we enter the gates of Heaven as long as we perform alot of good deeds in life and we're living our lives on the right track?

Will the rich people get the same amount of rewards as the poor people or would the poor people get more rewards and blessings than the rich people?

I like to think that everybody is equal and I always try to treat everybody with the respect they deserve.

about noah's ark.....

something i find odd about noahs ark is that it says every animal in the world 2 by 2......ok for one, noah could NEVER build a boat big enough, he didnt have the man power NOR would he have had the recources to build a ship of that magnitude, also , during that time , most boats were built with flat bottoms not rounded , meaning the weight of the boat itself not to mention noah and the animals would have sunken it .....and also , if noah would have had to travel 1,000's upon 1000's of miles to find EVERY animal and would have needed a boat prior to the boat he had built,how can this be explained?

I am a Protestant (currently non-denominational, but not in the sense that most people take it... I am torn between the Lutheran and Methodist religions... but that is beside the point). My husband is a Catholic, and I really like the idea of telling your sins to God as well as man. Will a Catholic Priest even see me for this? "well, in my own experience, i have never met one atheist who wasnt serious about God. Thats one reason i have a soft spot for them. To the question, though, atheism is a recent idea...people back then didnt question whether or not there was a God..they were witnessing the transcendent for themselves. Today, people think because they cant see god, god does not exist. Islamic scholar Hamza Yusuf Hanson puts that idea this way:

if there was a boy who, from the time he was born, never left his house, and never saw a window, the boy would only believe the things he saw (the inside of the house and walls). If a person comes in from the outside and tells him that there is something beyond the walls (outside), the boy will still not believe there is something out there until he sees it...

i guess what im trying to say is that perception is deception, and we must acknowledge that we cannot base our knowledge off of experience alone. Revelation is valid!
