Depends on the re-gifter. If they don't get caught, only re-gifting brand-new items to people who would like them and don't know the original giver, then they're fine. If they break any of those rules, they're the most annoying.
After that, the close talker. I've backed into so many walls 'cause of that!

relies upon on the re-gifter. in the event that they don't get caught, in easy terms re-gifting style-new products to those that could like them and don't understand the unique giver, then they are wonderful. in the event that they harm any of those regulations, they are the main annoying. After that, the close talker. i've got backed into maximum of partitions 'reason for that!

a sideler, of course. I was gonna say close talker, but you can push him away. A sideler, wow! you never know where he is or when he's coming or where he will be. Tic Tacs only help so much.

It's got to be a low talker. Nothing wrong with re-gifting as long as you don't give that gift back to the person who gave it to you.

in the short term, a close talker
in the long term, the low talker, she may make you wear a puffy shirt on a talk show.

tough choice but it would have to be a tie between close talker and high talker. i hate it when someone gets up in my face to say something and high talkers remind me of my sister in law. brrrrrr(shiver)
