Charles married Diana because she came from the right background. (1) She was a virgin (2) She was of again from the right background. (3) her granmother Lady Femoy was lady-in-waiting to the late Queen Mother. Remember Diana sister Lady Sarah use to go out with Prince Charles.

unfortunatley, I say ...yes..I have followed the beautiful Diana for a long time (so sad when she died) and I have always felt this way. They waited for the time to be right to marry.. (Charles and Camilla), thinking nobody would notice....Excellent question. I hope people will never forget a beautiful spirit, that Diana was.

Camilla was only 34 when Diana married Charles, she should have still been to have children.

According to some rumors, Charles always had an affair going with Camilia. However, the royal family never approved of her, therefore he had to marry someone else. So, yes, I do think he procreated with Diana only to keep the royal family going.

Yes, her sole purpose was to give him heirs, preferably at least one of them a son. He could not have had heirs via Camilla as she was divorced, and mothers of heirs must be virgins when they marry.
