My lights work only half way on my tree, I have tried to replace the next in line, it does nothing, any ideas?....I have also replaced lights which are in the unlit part with ones that work, the lights seem fine.

I go to a Catholic school, and I don't remember from where the exact context comes from, but if you are not a follower of Jesus Christ, you go to hell. Then, if people say that Jesus loves all races and religions equally, how can that be true?

For all you folks from Trinidad,Virgin Islands,Jamaica Etc. I have only been to Belize,and its normal there.And don't say Sean Paul and Yellowmon please,haha! I don't speak it,but I am not black,and some people think that it is wierd that I like to listen to raggae,dancehall,calypso,etc. in addition to salsa, merengue, and raggaeton.

I assume the fisherman were the apostles "fishers of men". But who are the hunters? Maybe the Romans who martyred the early Christians?

Have you given food or gifts, money? Volunteered? I'm interested in what you do for strangers, especially.

As for me, I always choose a child or two from the local needy kids Christmas tree and buy them all the presents on their Santa list. I also contribute to food drives and present drives when I can. Thanks! This should reveal some interesting responses!

I have known this girl for a year and a half. Last November, she introduced me to her mom, who is now like a sister to me. I invited both of them to our Christmas party, and now my husband is worried. He doesn't think our 20-22 year old friends will be comfortable around a 45 year old woman. I understand where he's coming from, and don't want anyone to feel awkward (one of his friends has a girlfriend who's still in hs, it would be to her like having a mom present). Should I ask my friend not to come? She's really nice, and I'm sure she would understand, but I just don't know what to do.
