We started talking about the wars. Then my Grandpa said that the war that we are in now(war on terrorism) will probly lead to a religious war. Muslims vs. Christains. And my Grandma said then it will be the end of the world... because in reveolution it says that the last war there will be a religious war. Do you think that they are right???

Do you believe that?

Anyone got examples of this?

Is it hateful to say that murder is wrong? Or that rape is wrong? Is a person "intolerant" if they think that lying or stealing is a sin?

I ask this because I see a lot of people on here who seem to think that because many Christians feel that homosexuality is a sin, that we're "hateful" and "intolerant".
Ever heard the saying "love the sinner, hate the sin"? I don't think I'm alone in the feeling that even though it is a Christian's duty (and PRIVILEGE!) to love everyone, we don't have to accept that everything that the Bible says is a sin is just an "alternative lifestyle."
Don't get me wrong, I'm not equating homosexuality with killing somebody, or stealing, or lying, so PLEASE don't read that into this.
Anyway, my real question is, why is it that it's not "hateful" to condemn those things that I mentioned, but it's "bigoted" or "intolerant" to say that homosexuality is a sin?
I have homosexual friends, and I still love them! I just don't agree with their lifestyle.

I have commited a sin. Which i find my self guilty. But, It is forbidden. Well. What i did is something like this; I was petting my 3-6 months old female mutt dog. As i petted on head. The female dog. Got over my hand. And started humping like having sex. It lusted my mind. I did it again. Although i am guilty. And sorry. But, It is forbidden. It means. I will go to hell if i live or die. So, If i suicide. I will still go to hell. Plus. I cant live with this sin. I abused the little animal. I Corrupted her life.

My Question here is; If i live, I will go to hell. If i suicide. I will still go to hell. So, I can commit suicide? Or If i confess and cry. WIll God for give me.

Every time someone claiming to be a Christian does something another Christian doesn't agree with, they are written off as not being a "true" Christian.

Christians are not only completely uneducated on their own religion, but they can't even agree on the standards that dictate one as a "true" Christian.

KEEP IN MIND: The current universe and its laws are a product of the big bang. Before the big bang, it is entirely possible that the universe had existed in another shape, way, or form; eternally.

And wouldn't it make more sense that the universe is step one instead of step one being a god that is more complex than the universe itself?
