when a muslim girl wearing the hijab on the airplane stands up to the toilet and suddenly everyone look at u like one kind? hell i was only going to pee!!!!*shakes head

Maybe because Radical Islam (a subset of Islam) is the only religion currently using female suicide bombers to kill people?

Because people fear what they don't understand. The don't understand Muslim and think ever Muslim whoever get on a plane is a hijacker and bomber which of course you and i know is simply not true and ridiculous. Hundreds of thousands of Muslim get on planes every year go through the same checks as everybody else, probably more if anything and still they fear. Well let them have there fear and ignorance nothing you can say is gonna change. Let them get on with it.

sister a couple months ago a few girlfriends and i went to this Arab restaurant (the food was amazing by the way :) and one of my friends said she wanted me to show her how i had the hijab (scarf) tied [ you know at the end of the day we're just a bunch of girls looking at each other's clother :)]
a girl walked into the restroom while i was showing and had a fit! she would not stop apologizing and saying she didnt mean to. i thought she was going to cry. we both thought it was quite funny and assured her that it was ok.
but i felt the same way you did. we were just two 18-yr-old girls being girls. surely our talking about each others clothes isnt a threat to national security.

I am a persian myself and i know what you mean..i have hear the phrase terrorist more than once.. but let me tell you somthing..you have to ignore it and laugh because thats the only way to get passed things like this..i cant really blame them though because of what happened.i think we would be the same if for emaple someone of a diffrent race killed our mother or somthing...

Did you ever wonder why you are really wearing the hijab? What does it make you, a holier person perhaps? People look up wondering whether you'll blow yourself up in the name of Allah, these acts of insanity take place everyday.
