I think we're living in the End Times. So yes, I feel they're right. But don't get so caught up in worrying about wars that you forget to live life to the fullest. If you are a Christian, pray to God to comfort you and help you stay focused on Him.

theyre correct. the bible says they'll be something like...3 BIG wars before the end of the world. the iraq one is one of them but it isnt called iraq in the bible. then theres 2 more. (i believe...I hope im not getting those numbers wrong) anyway it does say the end of the world will come after that but, we dont know when that war will take place and we dont know how long it'll last. It could be years from now.
.....K I've just been reading the rest of the answers. No offense or anything but "Ice -T" ...You're a moron. Before you go stating that "Bush tries to get people to believe the bible said something about a war" maybe you should try picking up a bible and reading one because obviously you have no idea what it says. Because the bible, DOES say theres going to be wars. So instead of insulting christians for what we believe, maybe you should take the time to find out what we believe, instead of pretending you already know, cus your buddies and mtv think its cool to be anti christian.

Friend The last war to be fought is armeggedeon. In Revelations19:14 & there is also other verse I can use. This is a war that Christ & hid Bride will fight just before Satn is bound a thousand yrs. But if we are Truly in the bride, we will overcome the evil one.The bride will not be here uring the Great Tribulation, they will be at the marriage supper in heaven, Giving their final instructions on how to rule & reign on this earth. Rev.19:14 speaks of those armies whih is The Bride of christ coming back to this earth after the great tribulation.

the probability of a religious war, even if not immediate, are not to be underestimated.... yet I believe that it will not be the end of the world, as no war was in the end. Just another tragedy we could avoid with respect and communication, and do not for a misleading sense of pride.

They are probably right. The religious war will probably involve the Middle East, as this is the most volatile place on earth; kinda' the spiritual warfare capital of the world.

WELL, FOR STARTERS, IT IS THE "BOOK OF REVELATIONS" IN THE BIBLE THAT TELLS OF A FINAL BATTLE BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT EITHER MUSLIMS OR CHRISTIANS CAN BE CONSIDERED EVIL, THEN THERE'S A POSSIBILITY. THERE HAVE BEEN FEW NOTABLE WARS THAT WERE NOT STARTED BECAUSE OF SOMEONES RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. HITLER BELIEVED IT WAS HIS GOD APPOINTED MISSION TO RID THE WORLD OF UN PURE PEOPLE. JEWS, BLACKS, MUSLIMS, IT DIDN'T MATTER, THEY WERE ALL ON HIS TARGET LIST. DO A LITTLE RESEARCH AND LEARN WHY WARS HAPPEN. EDUCATE YOURSELF. YOU HAVE A CURIOUS NATURE, DON'T LET THAT CURIOSITY FADE. ASK THE TOUGH QUESTIONS AND DON'T SETTLE FOR HALF ANSWERS.

No. The threats we're facing today are serious but they're not like the threats we were facing in World War II, for example. We're not fighting global superpowers and organized armies; we're fighting isolated countries and terrorists hiding in isolated cells throughout various parts of the world. These conflicts are serious but they aren't close to anything that could trigger a doomsday-type scenario.

It could indeed escalate into a religious war. If so, it will be out of human foolishness, not because of anything godly plan prophesied in "reveolution".
Really, if christians want to say such things, they should at least know their bible to avoid looking ignorant.
