The following are some real teachings of Islam:

Men are superior to women (surah 2:228).

Women have half the rights of men: in court witness (surah 2:282) and in inheritance
(surah 4:11).

A man may punish his wife by beating her (surah 4:34).

A man may marry up to four wives at the same time (surah 4:3).

A wife is a sex object for her husband (surah 2:223).

Muslims must fight until their opponents submit to Islam (surah 9:29).

A Muslim must not take a Jew or a a Christian for a friend (surah 5:51).

A Muslim apostate must be killed (surah 9:12).

Stealing is punished by the amputation of the hands (surah 5:38).

Adultery is punished by public flogging (surah 24:2).

Resisting Islam is punished by death, crucifixion or the cutting off of the hands and feet
(surah 5:33).

Fate decides everyone's eternal destination (surah 17:13).

Every Muslim will pass through Hell (surah 19:71).

Heaven in Islam is the place where a Muslim will be reclining, eating meats and delicious fruits, drinking exquisite wines, and engaging in sex with virgins (surah 55:54- 56) &
(surah 52:17,19).

You know that this question will be asked if we encounter other life forms. Please don't respond with things like, "They will already be Christians," or "They will already be Muslims," when you answer. I am currently in an amazing relationship with someone who is set up in the town the I am currently living in. I will soon be faced with the decision of staying here with him or persuing my career goals. I have to go away for 6+ years in order to achieve my career goal. I've been attempting to find exactly where in the bible this is.
I honestly thought it was located in proverbs, but after reading the entire book of proverbs tonight, I found nothing that was close.

When I am going through a trialing situation, I take my bible out, and pray that the Holy spirit will lead my to a part of scripture that will help me resolve the issue. I then flip open my bible to whatever page it lands on, and go to the first place my eyes go. It hasn't failed me yet. Has this happened to you or am I just delusional?

Just a question. I just turned 28 today and wanted to ask other women whether are 15 or 100 what was, is, or has been the most influential birthday you have had or the most significant birthday you have had and if you felt good/depressed/sad/happy etc.

Like I said today I turned 28 and I feel some what down about it and wondered if other people have felt this way.

How do you explain being able to see stars that are hundreds of thousands of light years away. Do you belive that god made the light from those planets travel faster than the speed of light to confuse man, like dinosaur bones? And, Do you honestly believe that some people tried to build a tower to heaven which angered god enough to smash it to the ground and then put a spell on them so they would all instantly know and start speaking a new language and forget the language they were just speaking? If you want to be christian, is it possible still if you think stories like this are complete BS to the point where you question the peoples sainity who tell you that?
