No book tell us to eat it. Pork/pig/swine taste good, so we eat it. God will not close the doors to heaven because we eat pork/pig/swine.

According to the Trinity doctrine, Jesus is God, but a separate person from The Father. The doctrine teaches that there are three separate persons -- The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit -- who all comprise one God. If this teaching is true, there should not be any scripture in the Bible that portrays Jesus as an entity separate and distinct from God -- separate and distinct from the Father, yes; but not separate and distinct from God. By way of comparison, note that there is no scripture in the Bible that portrays the Father as a separate and distinct entity from God. It would be utterly ridiculous, confusing, unnecessary and contradictory for the Bible to repeatedly refer to Jesus as an entity separate and distinct from God, if Jesus is God. But the scriptures you quoted do exactly that. Again and again they speak of Jesus being at the right hand of, not the Father, but God, thus contradicting the Trinity doctrine. Since the Bible is God's word of Truth, the fact that it so often contradicts the Trinity doctrine can mean only one thing -- the Trinity doctrine is false. (John 17:17) I suspect -- because I believe most people have at least a modicum of intelligence -- that deep down, many Trinitarians know that the doctrine is false. But pride and/or a desire to fit in with the 'Christian' crowd compels them to play along, pretending or convincing themselves that they believe it. Many are thus in a state of denial about this falsehood. Just look at how they answer the question. Many won't even address the particular issue you have raised, head on -- because they can't. Their only option is to ignore it and quote other so called 'proof texts'. This is not because they lack intelligence. It is simply because there is no credible and satisfactory argument to disprove what the Bible -- God's authoritative word of Truth -- very blatantly shows.

in the old testament pork was prohibited due to diseases that can occur from eating pork without proper cooking. In the acts of the apostels in the new testament that restriction was lifted but you misquote when you say we were advised to eat it. I have read the Koran I challenge you to read the Book. Then you will not rely om what you are told, but what was written. I could tell you many things the Book says but how would you know if i spoke the truth unless you took the time find the answers for yourself.
Bless you all on your quest for knowledge

Jesus doesn't advise us to eat or not to eat pork. For that matter, Jesus never advises us in the Bible to eat or drink anything in particular, except for bread and wine in remembrance of Him, which we do as communion.
Jews were forbidden, in the Bible, to eat pork. But St. Paul tells us in the Bible that all things are given to us by God and are good to eat, and that nobody can judge us in what we eat, all is made by God and acceptable unto Him to eat.
Why is this so difficult for Muslims to understand? I think you're just jealous because you've smelled bacon and how good it smells and you're frustrated that you can't have any!

AOA, I am a muslim though I was raised christian. Jesus (pbuh) did not advise in the bible to eat swine. In fact swine was only mentioned in the law of old testament that forbid to eat it because it is unclean. Christians changed this law over the years to suit themselves because they believe that nowadays they can properly wash the pork and cleanse it.

the old testament prohibited swine but some say as i paraphrase
the quote "it's not what goes into ones mouth that defiles but what comes out " was from the word of Jesus. whether applicable, frabricated or not I don't know . But the reasons of prohibition have fallen out of favor with no consequence to health as was originally started by the hebrews. correct me if I am misinformed.

He didnt advise us to eat pork nor he prohibit eating pork . In fact he was cleaning all the food ,allowing us to eat everything ,becouse we christians dont follow old laws from Old testament but we follow New Testament .
When u muslims will finally understand that eating or non eating pork doesnt make u rightheous in the eyes of God ??
Mark 7,14"Hear me, all of you, and understand: 15 there is nothing outside a man which by going into him can defile him; but the things which come out of a man are what defile him." 16 17 18 And he said to them, "Then are you also without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into a man from outside cannot defile him, 19 since it enters, not his heart but his stomach, and so passes on?" (Thus he declared all foods clean.) 20 And he said, "What comes out of a man is what defiles a man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, fornication, theft, murder, adultery, 22 coveting, wickedness, deceit, licentiousness, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within, and they defile a man."

He didn't. He was probably Kosher.
Science and health has improved and there is no longer problems with pork meat that was once associated with it.
Since Christians aren't raised Jewish as Jesus was, they never learned you aren't supposed to eat pork or non-Kosher foods.
Today, however, even some Jewish people enjoy a good pork chop. They are, of course, liberals.

He never did. It is not sin anymore that would take us to tell. (Acts 25:28-29 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.)
But it's still very unhealthy to eat that, because God has a good reason for everything he says (see what he said about food in Deuteronomy chapter 14) and Jesus Christ who never changes (Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.) and who IS the Word of God (John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.) never changed his mind about it.
