With "tú":
I miss you = te extraño / te echo de menos / me haces falta
- I am missing you = te estoy extrañando / te estoy echando de menos / me estás haciendo falta
With "usted" (more formal than "tú"):
- I miss you = le extraño / le echo de menos / me hace falta
- I am missing you = le estoy extrañando / le estoy echando de menos / me está haciendo falta
With "vos" (used in Argentina and Uruguay, and partly in other countries):
- I miss you = te extraño / te echo de menos / me hacés falta
- I am missing you: te estoy extrañando ( te estoy echando de menos / me estás haciendo falta
With "vosotros" (plural of "tú", only used in Spain)
- I miss you = os extraño / os echo de menos / me hacéis falta
- I am missing you : os estoy extrañando / os estoy echando de menos / me estáis haciendo falta
With "ustedes" (plural of "tú" in Latin America, "vos" and "usted"):

You don't specify the sentence usage. In the familiar Tu--
I miss you = 'te extraño' or 'me haces falta' or 'te echo de menos'
I am missing you = 'te estoy extrañando' or 'me estás haciendo falta' or 'te estoy echando de menos'
I have been missing you = 'te he estado extrañando' or 'me has estado haciendo falta' or 'te he estado echando de menos'
Don't even get me started on Usted and Vos/Vosotros.
