I've been attempting to find exactly where in the bible this is.
I honestly thought it was located in proverbs, but after reading the entire book of proverbs tonight, I found nothing that was close.
If you know where this is located it would be much appreciated if you would enlighten me. :)

What battle? I can't remember that the bible says so. By the way, the passage you wrote is too vague and it doesn't provide a "thought" so it is hard for it to be searched in the Scripture.

I did several searches in my King James Scripture program and did not find any thing on frighting any type of battle.
