After one recieved Jesus Christ as one's saviour it does not mean that we are sinless. God's gift to mankind is salvation. His grace is always available in time of weekness. However, we sin because of our walk or our relationship with Him was never build on His words. To know Him and His commandments will at least prevent us from sinning. God never imposes on us to do what we don't want to do. God always gives us a choice and says we are bought with a price which is His blood He shed on the cross. Therefore, we can choose to fuilfil our desire to sin or to please Him with our obedience.

Yes, He had and still has victory over sin and death.
Never said we wont sin. But the victory lies in that His blood covers our sin. And that we can be saved from death, by grace.

But I think Christians (me included) sometimes abuse the grace. Thats why I have started to look at Judaism and the OT. I desire to please G-d. He gave us the law. When I screw up, yes Jesus grace will cover me. But today we use that as an excuse to not even attempt to keep it.

Not for me anymore. Tomorrow at sundown is the sabbath and I'm keeping it! Threw out all my pork. Gonna scrub the fridge. Not cuz I have to, I just desire to live by the word, not just speak it. Pray for me in this new thing G-d laid on my heart.
Blessings,
David

even the bible says we are all weak and fall short of the glory of God. Yes jesus took are sins and made it possible for us to ask for givness of our sins. In actuallity we are NOT supposed to sin any more. Even jesus told the lady "go and sin no more" that is the whole idea. When you are saved you should act saved. You should strive to be christ like and without sin. Very few can say that but the truth of the matter is we are all supposed to live that way.

When Jesus died on the cross he died to save us. Sin was not dead. By his stripes you are healed, the blood of Jesus washes away your sin. Man makes choices and those choices are not always the right ones. Yes Jesus had victory over death and sin was weakened.

Sorry but not true. Jesus(pbuh) was a holy prophet and his purpose was to teach to others about God. His death in fact has no determining factor on our salvation. It is his teaching that should remind us to avoid sinful behaviors but mankind is imperfect and therefore will sin until Judgement Day. When the dead shall rise from their graves and the living will walk among the dead. Then we will be called to account for our deeds good and bad. The good will live in paradise and the bad will burn in the hell fire.

You are accountable for your own actions. No one can put their sins on the shoulders of any other man.

Adam who was a perfect creation of God's,disobeyed God and therefore sinned. As a result of that sin,Adam and Eve lost their perfect state. They started to age and eventually died.As offspring of Adam and Eve we are all born sinners. So we too all age,get sick and eventually die.
This was not God's plan for mankind. He designed the first human pair, perfect and designed them to live forever.Jehovah put them in a garden paradise and told them to be fruitful and fill the earth with perfect offspring.
This was God's plan. That man live in perfect health, forever on a beautiful paradise earth.
However, because now all mankind was enslaved to sin and death with no hope of any kind,Jehovah God in his love for his human creation, allowed his only begotten Son,Jesus Christ to come to earth as a perfect human(just as Adam was a perfect human),and offer that perfect human life as a ransom sacrifice,in order that Jesus might buy back what Adam had lost and free mankind from this enslavement. But the Bible does not teach that this forgiveness of sin happens automatically.
The Bible teaches that in order for us to have the opportunity to have our sins forgiven and live forever in God's new righteous system of things,we must first have faith in God and His Son,Christ Jesus. But we must also exercise that faith.James.2:26 tells us "faith without works is dead."

Everyone except for the Blessed Virgin Mother was born with original sin. Jesus died at Golgotha so that our sins could be forgiven, not just to wipe all of our sins away. At baptism, our original sin is forgiven.

True that Jesus was the Lamb of God who came to take away the sin of the world so that we could obtain our pardon. But a pardon cant be a pardon unless the person pardoned accepts it. Christ takes away the sinful nature but He cant do that unless you come to Him.

He did not die on the visit "damage" sin. No. He died on the go so as that each and every one the sin on the international might want to correctly be positioned onto him in sacrifice, so as that mankind might want to bypass to heaven after death. because of Jesus' death on the go, it change into accessible, with the help of Jesus for sure, for Christians to bypass to heaven at the same time as they die. that is why devil were given truly offended, and therefore why he's out in the international at the moment which include his fallen angels to impression, nudge human beings on to sin, to regulate the genuine that technique of Christmas and Easter, and to, commonly, get human beings to no longer believe in God and to bypass to hell. commonly, Jesus died on the go so as that each and every one sin might want to correctly be forgiven.

well its true that Jesus died on the cross of calvery for our sins.he also gave us a free will to choose which way to go.we can either love the truth and cling to the truth or we can turn from him and live in sin.As to why people choose to live in sin is a mystery to me..I suppose they love sin and choose sin over God.There is only two spirits one is good and one is evil,so i suppose the ones that choose sin either love sin or they are just fooling them selves...
