Tolerance basically means that "you put up with something" no matter how much you disagree with it.
Maybe if we all stopped being so "Tolerant" of everything because it's Politically Correct to do this, we could make some positive changes in our society?

Ok, I think this will be the last question for me today (Asking questions are really killing my points!..jk)

Anyways, once I have been proven to have made a mistake, I will certainly admit to it. I have made several mistakes with my relationship (never cheating or dishonesty) along the lines of jumping the gun under certain circumstances or having somewhat jealous tendencies. I know that this has put a bit of a damper on my relationship with my GF of 8 months. I have admitted my mistakes to her and apologized deeply along with flowers, card and a cooked dinner and movie. She says that she forgives me and understands. However, things still feel different than what they were when we first started dating.

Ladies...What are some things that men could do for you to help bring back a flame that was once there but seems to have died down over time? What could really get the flame cooking again for you and what would be the recommended way to keep it cooking?

Thanks,

Chris

How rational is it for God to sacrifice 'his own innocent son' and he cannot even punish the evil doers who sin all over the earth?

The bible requires a blood sacrifice:
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. (Hebrews 9:22)

What does Jesus (peace be upon him) say about this matter:

Jesus was teaching his disciples in the outer court of the Temple and one of them said unto him: Master, it is said by the priests that without shedding of blood there is no remission. Can then the blood offering of the law take away sin? And Jesus answered: No blood offering, of beast or bird, or man, can take away sin, for how can the conscience be purged from sin by the shedding of innocent blood? Nay, it will increase the condemnation. (Gospel of the Nazorenes, Lection 33, verses 1-2)

I find it impossible for a man to offer himself for sacrifice for 'the sins of mankind' when he condemns sacrifice himself.

It's hard finding open minded people who understand, admire, and find transsexuals attractive. I'm looking for open minded FEMALES who are interested in dating a transsexual MAN. (A woman who is now a man). Where would you go to find these types of women?

Doesn't matter your beleif, I appreciate everyone's input, but since relevant, I'd love to hear from at least one Christian.

1.) What does gift giving have to do with the presumed birth day of the infant Jesus? Then, if a gift must be given, would not gold, spices, and fragrant oils be more appropriate? These were offered to the infant Jesus, per bible history.

2.) What is the significance of a decorated tree when one is celebrating the assumed birth day of the infant Jesus?

3.) How can one celebrate the life of Jesus Christ, who preached humility and giving to others less fortunate, with the blatant capitalism festival that Christmas has evolved into over the ages? How do Christmas sales at Best Buy and Wally World reflect upon an infant born in Bethlehem who is the saviour of Christianity, and the honoree of the "Christmas" celebration?

It seems akin to clebrating Ghandi's life with drive by shootings and the detonation of nukes. Just a musing, nothing more.

How many languages do you typically have to know to get the degree? I don't know much about it but I am very interested in learning foreign languages and maybe becoming an interpreter or translator for the military.

I see many people who say they can speak many different languages, but i have a feeling that the term "fluent'' is tossed around rather loosely. So, how fluent are you? Can you talk about the complexities of world politics or watch a news program and understand the whole thing? I think it is better to be fluent in one foreign language then know the basics of four.

For me: Italian - native fluency, although i am american
French- Collegiate Level (currently enrolled in 202)
German- Just started learning

The bible claims that God is omnipotent. Certainly, Satan has no match against God. Yet he fights on. Even the bible predicts his end, he seems to ignore this. I just cannot see the logic. On the other hand, why God will take such a trouble to destroy Satan as described in Revelation. I feel God and Satan might have a tacit understanding between them. Have anyone seen a book which says that Satan is the prodigal son? That's why the status quo continues until the end times. Or, God is giving to Satan to repent. But can Satan make repent, since he is in the losing ends and should he go on? But it would be a funny scenario, at the end times, Satan turns out to be an angel but the antichrist and the false prophet are left to be tormented in hell because of their unrepentance or lack of opportunity to doing so.
