I've been posting a lot in the Religion and Spirituality section, but all I ever see is hate for people. I personally know a few gay people and they're nice, sweet and funny. I know that's a stereotype, but I'm pretty sure you guys are better than most relgious nuts! So...because, I'm interested, and it's a happy question... what's the best compliment you've had?

Hello Everyone,

Please send this back to me. (You'll see why.) In case anyone is
interested. May everyone who receives this message be
Blessed. REMEMBER to say a prayer before you read the poem. That's
all
you have to do. There is nothing attached. Just send
this to twelve people.

Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. There is no cost but
a lot of reward. (Did you pray?) Make sure you pray, and pray
believing that God will answer. This is your last opportunity before
reading the poem.

May today there be peace within.

May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.

May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love
that has been given to you.

May you be content knowing you are a child of God.

Let His presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the
freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.

It is there for each and every one of us.

Now, send this to 12 people within the next 5 minutes and remember to
send this back...I count as 1...you'll see why.

Suggestion: copy and paste rather than forward

We always take turns driving so we don't have an accident or kill anyone. Long story short we have a friend who just will not participate in the car pool program. Even if he is sober!

"I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people; I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to go out of the world. But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler--not even to eat with such a one. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? But those who are outside, God judges. REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES." - 1 Corinthians 5:9-13

Clearly, this passage tells us that we are to judge "so-called brothers" within the church and that we are to remove wicked men from the church (which requires "judging" who is wicked).

As a new employee the select few have to perform a lil skit at our company party. It is all in fun but I need some ideas about what we could do.

I admit that I disobeyed God and I got into real trouble and want him to end my life now coz my life's all mess up now as a result of disobedience. But, why after months of prayer he doesn't turn my mistakes for my good. He makes me realize that he forgives but he doesn't forget and no matter how hard I pray he'll make me pay triple for my sin. So, I'm just gonna stop praying and save this time to work harder on my life instead, to make up my past mistakes. God is just not fair.

There is such a huge debate about homosexuals and God. So many people are saying "Oh, Gay people are bad and they can't inherit god's kingdom." Their basis for this is 1Corinth. 6:9, 10. But WHY do people take one part of the bible and disregard the other? Are you aware that in that scripture which talks about homosexuals not inheriting God's Kingdom- fornicators, adulterers, drunkards, idolators, revilers, extortioners- among many- are included? So those people that are pointing their fingers at homosexuals- take a look at urself. No doubt 90% of the world is-if not ALL- guilty of at least one of these....

So it's not only homosexuals. Let not a man take one part of the bible and judge someone else when he is sinning himself. So don't think that because you aren't gay, you in the clear and OK. The bible lists several people who aren't going to inherit that kingdom of God b/c of their actions.

I really do - as a guy I think about sex like a million times a day. I am in a happy committed relationships but you let some guy walk by with cute rear and I just can't stop day dreaming!

In a lot of ways I have always been prideful of being gay - I felt superiour to my straight counterparts for many reasons but on this one thing I cannot. I am a dog about thinking about sex.

Are other happyily married gay men this way?

Are ANY women this way?
