Some say that once the brain dies the consious state seperates and awareness goes leaving nothing but just energy. Some believe the heaven thing. Do you think we still know who we are? Do you think we may refilter through to create another life(rencarnation)?

the article is above. a lot of people were posting on the msn boards that they were offended and i say they shouldn't be. i agree with the reasoning that they don't know who the toys would be going to. who's to say the people that received them wouldn't be offended? as usual it's always one-sided. you can't emphasize christmas being a christian holiday given it's entirely pagan origins either. do you you agree with toys for tots or not?

I really need to hear some true stories.. Is there life after death? Are we conscious after death and close to God and his holy kingdom? Is this existence really happening? Are we really here? I am exteremly confused right now. Please try not to be biast when you answer this. Christians: why do you think that being gay is wrong? I'm not, but I know someone who is and I don't think that your personal prefrence tells wether you are a good or bad person. If you do have one strong religion, what is it and why do you believe in it? I was born into a Catholic family and I am at a spiritual crossroads. Any advice is acepted!

Today my 8 y/o daughter was watching the Disney Channel at 2:30 p.m. The show was The Proud Family. It is a cartoon. She does not usually watch this program, but it was what was on at the time.

I saw and heard this personally. On the program, 3 girls were having a conflict with another girl at school. One of the girls said "She's a bi-atch" (pronounced bee-atch) which is the teen slang version of b/tch.

The Disney Channel said bi-atch to our precious children at 2:30 in the afternoon!

If you want to be a us citizen, then you need to work at getting that privilage. Its not handed like candy. But if people who are illegally here and work somewhere and are unable to help you whether your in a department store or a fast food store, it should be a MUST to know english

I understand many Jihadists wish control the way Islam is presented in all forms of media, but have you asked yourself why Allah doesnt do this himself?

Cant Allah himself type "thats out of context. Your reported!!" Couldnt Allah also email offense infidels with death threats? He doesnt need you to do so. Am I right?

How do you know if Allah is even offended? The Quran doesnt speak about internet chatter, right? Personally, any notion of a thin-skinned God would be enough for me to dismiss the religion all together and laugh in the face of every moron who believed in it.

I teach at a public high school in Milwaukee that is composed of 90% African American students. Many have already been incarcerated, already have children, and already use drugs and alcohol. Many of their parents are in the same situation. The reasons they fight usually stem from something small: a piece of paper hits them, they want the window closed and someone else wants it open. Does anyone have any experience to offer me to reduce or eliminate fights in schools? Incidentally, my husband fought in Iraq, and the behavior of the disgruntled citizens labeled "terrorists" sounds eerily familiar to my students' rash decisions and actions.

Hi! I need help on a report that I can't find any information on. I need to know what kills the population the most. This includes cigarettes, people who die from second-hand smoking, drugs, car accidents (including drunk driving), dog bites, surgerys that went wrong,and guns. I don;t really need any detailed information on these but that will be ok if there is. If anyone can find a link that will led me to this that will be great. If there is any type of graph, that will be splendid. This does not include terrorist threats and other out of the country themes. If anyone can please help me I will be very greatful. even though christian apologeticism has failed, sometimes i feel that that the refutations against christianity aren't always presented adequately enough on the popular level. Take for example the sam harris book "end of faith." Even secularist were critical of him for certain reasons.
