Yes, I can, too! I always hold it in my mouth for a little bit to make sure it's warm and very flexible. I just use my tongue.
We had a contest one time, I had never done it before, but I was the only one who could do it! Make sure you use the longest stem possible, and just practice. Can't really explain how to do it!

it's really hard to explain. i think everyone uses their teeth like me. just using your tounge would be too freakish, but i'm sure it's possible. practice.. buy a can of marachino cherries with sticks! it's fun and some how it impresses men!?

I can!! You just turn the stem on your mouth and use your tongue. It takes practice. I bartended for many years. It wa smy favorite trick. :>)
