Just tell me some facts that show evolution doesnt exist, like Ann Coulter did in Godless. Were writing some articles on it, so I would appreciate sources, but you dont have to leave them. This is for a college newspaper and college biology class concerning the teaching of intelligent design, and why it should be taught.

I don't feel like I am a good at group mentality, so I don't really feel comfortable with protesting for gay rights, transgender/sexual rights, etc. Am I am odd ball if I don't? It's sort of like a black or asian or any minority that doesn't support their own kind... or something detached like that. I really don't FEEL for gay rights, I guess. I mean, I feel for INDIVIDUALS who i know and like, but I don't support all gay rights under one umbrella? If I were lesbian, should I be all cheerleader for gay right?

Ok I was Watching a Tyra Banks Show I Recorded on Oct, 26th last Thursday and there was a group of six girls broken into two 3 were saying they were straight and like to kiss girls or bi and three were saying they were gay and called the other three whores. I was really ticked off at the lesbians because I am Bisexual I am equally attracted to women and men but have made a life with my husband I totally support the gay world and feel if I was to start a relationship with a woman I would tell her that I am bi I like to have sex with woman but prefer to be with a man what are your takes on this matter and why does most people act like there can't be a middle hello why did we come up with the word Bisexual?

hey, im a christian.and i have a Q about halloween. is it wrong for me to take y nephew out for trick or treating even though i kno the origin ofwere halloween comes from, but it revoulutionalized to jus a fun day for children. my church has different opinions also. they ask me to look in my bible for the answer , but no luck.

I was watching a show today on serial killers, and they profiled a few of them, like Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy. I was disappointed that they didn't profile Albert Fish, who I think was the worst, based on the fact that he tortured, killed, and ate children.

Is it lame for a nearly 16-year-old (me), a 15-year-old, a 17-year-old and an 18-year old (my best friends) to go trick-or-treating? Are we too old for it? We fully plan to dress up appropriately and be nice and stuff, not cause any trouble. We just like candy. Are we too old? We're gonna also party it up at my house afterwards, trick-or-treating isn't our only plan.

living a normal christian life in which you spend nearly as much money (and time) on yourself and your family as do non-christians on things that aren't absolutely necessary (Sattelite TV, nicer clothes, video games) ............

or do you think it would make u and god happier if you had forgone ALMOST ALL unneccesary material goods in this life so that all that money (and time) you would have saved on that could be used to please god, by either helping your fellowman (poverty, sickness) or perhaps all that extra saved effort could bring maybe 7 or 8 more souls into heaven for eternal, ETERNAL salvation and reward?

I'm Protestant... I do not ask this to spark controversy, I just want to know.

It is said in the Bible (by Paul or somebody...) that it is advantageous to be celibate than married, but that marriage is better than burning.

Also that there are those who are privileged with celibacy, who can focus on their ministry rather than worrying about a family.

But I think that those who are monks have sworn themselves into that lifestyle and should not question it. I guess it's a personal decision for a person to marry or not, but isn't it also a personal choice to become a monk?

Luther promised God to become a monk if He would save him from the storm. I believe that he broke this promise when he decided to break his promise of celibacy.

There's some sort of phenomena of the brain being able to read a completely misspelled word as long as the first and last letter are correct and the length of the word is the same. There was a paragraph talking about it, but in the misspelled format to emphasize the point. Can anyone help me find that paragraph? Or at least the official name of the phenomena?

Well known Indian Muslim Human Right Activist, writer, and English Theater actress - Ms. Shabana Azmi, condemning recent attacks on Indian Muslim Women by Muslim youths who beat up Muslim Women who did not wear the head to toe "veil" called the "burqa", where some ladies suffered acid being thrown on them and one had her nose cut off, said that Islam did not require Muslim women to cover themselves in this fashion and opined that the attackers should be punished to the fullest extent of the Law. Decrying the incidents, she said that Islam could not condone such vicious acts and the claim of the arrested assailants of "religious activism" was untenable.

Interestingly, the Indian Bar of Advocates, including their Muslim Chapter, has refused to these people as well as two recently arrested Pakistani Terrorists, preferring "Contempt of court" for rejecting the appointment.
