Okay, you're going to get a lot of mixed answers on this.
First thing to remember, is that instead of a particular person (say, the ghost of Kurt Cobain) haunting around, you actually get a group of feelings (usually negative ones) that are associated with that person. So to see a ghost is really just a physical manifestation of your personal impression of what you think should or should not be there.
The people who cannot see "ghosts" basically have no feelings or impressions of that entity whatsoever, and cannot tune into them to be able to see them.
If you want to see "ghosts," you should probably start by going into a place you know they might be, and then completely relaxing. You have to be open to the possibility of anything. If you go in there doubting, you'll probably not get anything.

Yes, I can. I don't know why most other people can't see them so I can't answer your question. I've seen them since I was a child. My first experience with knowing the future was when I was so young, I don't remember it. My mother told me that I told her that my aunt was going to call only seconds before the phone rang and I was right.
I've always had that stuff happen to me. I used to do it so often growing up that it used to scare my family. I used to say a movie was coming out, someone was going to come over (and supply the name and time), someone would phone (and supply the name and time).
I've seen so many ghosts that I know for a fact they exist even if other people don't believe me.
Heck, I can even see auras if I'm relaxed and concentrate though they never show up as color (not sure why) and always appear white, different shades of grey or black. And they extent different amounts from the body. Some people have very strong auras that extend maybe a foot from there body and some only extend an inch or less.
But I can't tell you why, for the life of me.
I can't teach you to see them. It's either something that happens or it doesn't.
Those holy books are crap. They're built on fear and mess with peoples head.

Some people are closer to the spirit world than others, allowing them the possibility of seeing the spirits. Not all of those would be in the right place at the right time for an encounter. All said, most people will never have the experience. It is my opinion that not only are the spirits there but they are continually trying to influence our everyday actions. This also explains the different levels of spirituality each of us possess.

Spirits are indeed real, I don't care what some of the people posted. I have had too many experiences with the other side. No, I cannot see them, but I can feel them, and I can even talk to them, but again through feeling. I also have Out of Body experiences, and too many of them where I have spent time with relatives who have already died, and even met ones that I have never met or even seen before until after I had the experience and found out just who they were. I believe in God, and in Jesus, and I honestly believe that there is more to the bible then what is published today. Think about, hundreds of years ago, the bible had to be handwritten, who is to say, that someone didn't leave a page out, or even wrote the wrong things down.

I think anyone can see some form of paranormal activity. I believe it requires an open mind and a little searching. If you go looking with an attitude of skepticism you will not experience anything. Your mind is like a radio receiver. Tune out and you'll never get a station.
From a personal standpoint, I have never experienced what a medium might see, but I have seen evidence that is to weird to explain. It does not happen all the time but I have come to the conclusion that there is something out there.

It is easier to feel the presence of a ghost or spirit than to see one. unless they want you to see them or don't care if you do. a lot of times you can see a spirit or ghost and not realise it as they can blend in with most other people . if they are still wearing clothes that are way out of fashion then it will be easier to spot them.

Some people believe they can see ghosts or spirits. I believe there is no such thing. However, i do believe that maybe the people that are seeing these ghosts and spirits are just making them up in their head, you know? They think they see them but they dont, its just a figment of their imagination that makes it real to them because they made themselves believe.

Not everyone can. I was told by so many people that they saw this and that ghosts, but I never did although we all lived in the same building at the time.
I could feel a presence, but did not see it. People said that this happened because I was not as sensitive as others. But then again I prefer to attend to my mundane life than all this "sensitivity" thing.

depends upon the person and the spirit as well. sometimes a person needs to see a spirit to convince them that a spirit exists. the spirit may reveal itself to prove their existance under various circumstances. or when a person moves the spirit may reveal itself to let the person know they are not alone.
