You see, I only live about 3 miles from their place, evertime I go and visit, I get tears in my eyes for the children. Its a horrible place

I want to send her off in the best way ever. She loves Hats. She and my grandmother who is 93 by the way have the hat "wars". My neice is 23 and I would like to have a theme with the ladies wearing hats. Possibly a Tea, but a little more fun than that. Any suggestions? Would it be inappropriate to have the ladies wear the hats and that be a gift to the bride?

I have seen some very obscene questions on here and was wondering,how do they get by the checkers?

I have heard where people have been reported for answers that where not obsecne(my self included)
How is that?
How is it that these get by but others get reported...speaking for all those who have been reported?

Let's say, I wrote a book. In that book, there was only one sentence. That one sentence reads "This is the greatest book ever written." I let my Dad read the book. He turns to me and says to me "That is not the greatest book ever written." All I do back is say "But, Dad, it says so write here!"

The question is, then, if someone calls into question your faith, your religion, your texts, and everything some man on a podium ever told you, what do you have left to defend your beliefs, since an object can not be used in its own defense?

Put another way, what makes you know that there's something else out there, a god or whatever else you believe in, ignoring faith and being told so by someone else?

Love, birth, happenstance, coincidence, luck, beauty?

Okay, So I am trying to find a cute halloween costume that isn't slutty last year I didn't even dress up so this year I'm 15, I have brown hair to my shoulders and eyes. I was thinking maybe a pirate. I have a pirate Bandana with piarte skulls and it looks cute and I was going to wear that in my hair with it part up, and then I was thinking a White Button up shirt and I could roll the sleeves up a little bit with hoop earrings, and then a pair of Black Boots and a demin skirt. But, idk is it cute w/o looking slutty? Also, any suggestions on what I could wear besides a skirt that would go with the costume or any ideas what I could add on or take up I'm open to ideas I'm getting my costume whatever it may be this weekend Help!

i wanna here what you think on something. How do you know God really exists? we grow up in a society were 2+2=4, but if we were to grow up in a society were they said 5+9= 1 then we would believe them because we wouldn't have anything else to show that there is a difference, but what if we are living a lie, we have grown up in this to society that says God is real, if we were to grow up somewhere else that said God didn't exist then we would believe them and say that anyone else who differs is talking crap. So to some up how do we know he really exists and that it isn't the society filling our heads with a load of crap. For me i believe in God but i wanna here what YOU think on all of this.

CANBERRA, Australia, Friday, Oct. 27 — Australia’s top Muslim cleric has been barred from preaching for three months after he compared women who dress immodestly to meat that is left uncovered and then attracts cats. But the government on Friday denounced the punishment as too lenient.

The comments by the cleric, Sheik Taj el-Din Hamid Hilaly, the mufti of Australia’s biggest mosque, outraged many Muslims and other Australians and prompted calls for his firing and deportation.

On Thursday night the Australian Lebanese Muslim Association, which owns the mosque, suspended him.

I have to admit I like having sex....ALOT. I try to keep it with the same guy but things happen sometimes...like arguing or something like that and I'll have to move on to another. Im willing to have sex with anyone who I think is 'packing' but I've got the art down packed to that hardly anyone knows I sleep around. I've only trusted a few of my friends with my secrets but it's getting annoying...guys are always bragging about how much they tap, but when anyone talks about a girl having sex with like 2 guys they say all kinds of rude things and I dont say anything but I wish I could....hey Im just a girl who needs to fulfill her sexual urges and I dont think its fair that people judge girls like me....whats the difference between me doing it all the time and a guy doing it all the time.

I recently decided to start seeing a therapist after my wife cheated on me with a man named Karl. The therapist talked to me for several 3 hour long sessions. I told him what was even worse then the cheating was how Karl, pretending to be a native american healer, conned me out of alot of money to 'treat' my wife while they were just having intercourse (see previous question) and Karl was not even a native american. I had only about 20,000 dollars left in the world. The therapist told me to write a check for that amount out to Karl and he would hold it for me, some type of advanced therapy. He said I wouldn't understand it until it was finished and then I would realize how it worked, so I did it. I just checked my account and the check as been cashed! Also, my therapist has the same last name as Karl, and kinda looks like him. Do you think he is his brother? And he gave the check to Karl, who cashed it? What am I going to go now? How can I get that money back, it was all I had?

Our next door neighbor sued us a few months ago because she claimed our lab bit her in the leg. She let me take a picture and there were no bite wounds, just some red marks and no broken skin. She did not have a doctor's bill or reciept with her in court and the Judge said it looked like a scratch mark from his paw but awarded her $600 (She wanted $900) anyway. Now they are talking about sueing us because we have some bushes in our back yard that are blocking their view of other neighbors back yards. These plants are on our property like and we are the homeowners and we like them. We don't live in the city limits so there are no ordinances we have to follow. I am shaking my head in disbelief at the nerve of these people...
