I have seen some very obscene questions on here and was wondering,how do they get by the checkers?
or are there any......uumm...don't know
I have heard where people have been reported for answers that where not obsecne(my self included)
How is that?
How is it that these get by but others get reported...speaking for all those who have been reported?
What are your thoughts on this?

i've reported somany obscene questions and they never got deleted! my identity was hijacked and the person was asking all kinds of insulting questions, they were never deleted.

If enough people gang up on someone and start reporting them then they can actually get someone eliminated from yahoo completely. It is kind of sad as they lose their e-mail and everything. They go through the persons old questions and find any little deviation from the rules and just get 5 or 6 people to start putting the pressure on them.. A lot of good folks are not here anymore. Schneb, main worry, why no ask don, and others because they ganged up on them.
If reported this will be deleted as chatting.

I just got reported for asking if there were any Cardinal fans out there and were they watching right now.I am in St. Louis so you can imagine the excitement here.It was about 3 min before we won when I asked. Almost immediately, I was sent a violation notice.shot my mood down a notch.I have seen people ask vile questions about our Lord, suggestive ones and I got reported for that, I don't get it.

check this one out and ill probably get booted this time but i want you to see why my question was deleted and that question was about 6 weeks ago, and i got the notice about 15 minutes ago and when I tried to email them back check out the email address to go to yahoo.. I think it strange its only happening tonight,im going to find out why

The checkers only read the questions reported as "abuse" for the most part. The Y!A engine has a "dirty word" scanner, but it's easily fooled.

i havnt complained about the grosser posts either ,evil will just change its face and name then we dont know who they are anymore
it is better the evil we know
they all have thier favourite methods and teqniques
if one stops working they simply morph into another
on the whole it would be better if no one got banned
as it is i to got banned now my posts are under two names
just accept things are as they are
evil has a short attention span ,ignore it when it is seen

I guess some getting reported and others not would depend on who's reading the questions and answers.

I totally agree with you!! Some of the questions here aren't really questions there are just bashing Christians. Some of these remarks make me want to vomit. And your right, I don't know how some of these things get through. We just have to continue to pray for them, even though I have to admit it's hard to at times because of the hate they spew. But we have to cause Jesus would have.

I really don't think that Yahoo examines the answers when someone reports them. They sit back and wait for you to plead your case.
